Completely rehabbed property inside & out for 2023! Beautiful views of the bay, incredible sunsets, plus access to the bay for kayaking, or just enjoying. Two spacious decks accessible from the main and 2nd levels. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse with a full size kitchen, living area and game/loft space. Sleeping for 14 people. This is NOT a condo. Can't wait for you to see this one!! Beautiful décor, fireplace, 2 parking spaces in lot, new furniture and mattresses!! Close walking distance to the beach, and restaurants! Our home has everything you and your family should need on vacation! We're working hard to get this one ready for summer. be sure to read through the full description of the accommodations before requesting a booking... we want to ensure this is the right fit for you, and you have everything you need!
***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE***
1) Please note the 25 or over min age requirement. By agreeing to terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements.
2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind.
3) This is a 3 story townhouse, 1st floor access. WATER FRONT. 2 assigned parking spaces.
4) Please note the sleeping arrangements!! There is one bedroom with a King bed; one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a full bed, one "bunk" bedroom with 2 twin over full bunks and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. This accounts for 11 beds for 14 people. We will allow 16 occupants, 2 people may sleep on the sofa in the living room.
5) Owner does not supply linens (bedsheets, towels, etc), please bring with you. You can contact Ocean City Beach Towel and Linen Service if you would prefer to rent these items as opposed to bring them. Here is there website: https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com. There are prices listed directly on their website.
6) During in-season vacations we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. You are welcome to stop by to see if the cleaners are complete and if so, you may check-in. You are also welcome to contact me if you see the property is NOT booked the previous day to extend your reservation.

Highly recommend this property. Very clean and recently remodeled from top to bottom. The property is on the bayside water and within walking distance of the beach. Host very communicative owner. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely vacation! The house is beautiful, the view is amazing, the neighborhood is quiet yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. Debbie was excellent to work with and we would highly recommend this property! We could not have found a better place to meet our needs and would definitely return! Super charming town home! The views from the living room and owners suite are incredible. We very much enjoyed our time on both decks! The set up was ideal for our teen kids. They had a bedroom, full bath and living room to themselves on the very top floor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook big breakfasts and the dining table fit our whole group. Debbie was so easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome! We definitely hope to stay again in the future!

Our girls trip was fantastic. This townhouse afforded us the rest and relaxation we were looking for in a waterside home. Check in and Check out was easy. The home was clean, inviting and a great entertainment location. The host was professional, accessible and had communication. We would definitely rent again.

Great stay & beautiful location!!
LOVED our stay! Only complaints were shower drains very slowly draining & a ton of flies in the kitchen when we first got there. Beautiful location, we loved it!!

So glad that you LOVED the place. We had so much communication before your stay, I wish you had messaged me about the drains. I could have address the issue. The flies and ants during season can be crazy at times.
We try very hard to get and keep our 5star reviews, it is important to us. We understand that this is Vacation and want everything to be at it's Best.

Place was clean and there is plenty of room for everyone. 2nd time we have stayed here and I will definitely be back.

The house was very nice and in a great location. We especially loved spending time out in the deck. The view was amazing.

Wonderful place to stay. Loved it!
The perfect place for our girls weekend/reunion of friends. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Loved the views from the great deck with great patio seating!!

Our family lives in Southern, MD we are about 2 hours and 40 mins away from this property. We enjoy the beach in the off season, more so than in the summer, which is why we have decided to allow others to use it!
