Building "C" - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 517 square foot 9th floor condo with direct gulf view. Updated condo! This condo at Estero Beach and Tennis is directly on the beach with breathtaking views of the gulf. Watch the sunset from the 9th floor lanai. There is a fully equipped updated kitchen for your vacation stay. The bedroom has a king sized bed. There is free wifi and internet. There is a sliding accordion partition for privacy to the bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and hair dryer. For your beach vacation, you will find beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, and noodles.

Amenities: heated pool, tennis and pickelball courts, 2 elevators in building, security office, secure building, gas grills.

Coined laundry facility located on site on the main floor of the building.

Directly across street from Santini Plaza where you can walk to shopping.

Very clean, safe and well maintained. Had just about everything we needed for our week stay. Great gulf views from the balcony. We would rent this condo again.

Lovely accomodations

Everything you need and then some. Beautiful beachfront views. Laundry located in this building. Perfect for couple or those with small children.

Beautiful condo

This condo was very clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the Gulf. The owner was terrific at communicating. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is gulf front, has all of the basics and the building is nearing completion of being restored to pre-Ian condition.

Sun, Sand, and Dolphins too!

I had a wonderful vacation with my granddaughter, we enjoyed the condo and the beach. Dolphins were very active the week we were there. Loved it!!

Perfect size Perfect view

Very comfortable unit overlooking the Gulf. The owner was very responsive. Nice location...easy to get on and off the island. Would recommend as the perfect unit for two.

We loved our stay and plan to return next year. Our water front view was perfect and the sunsets were amazing. Our Host manager was very accommodating and friendly. Loved the layout of the rooms and the beach equipment was all we needed for the beach. The only minuses were the recliners were difficult to make recline. The tennis courts should be opened at 8am instead of 9am because of the heat.

Very comfortable with everything you need! Owner very prompt with questions and very nice. We were lucky to find it after our original plans fell through. Would definitely consider it again!

FMB Vacation

The condo was extremely organized & equipped with everything we could possibly need or want. Wonderfully organized. Bed & bedding was perfect. View was gorgeous. We arrived a couple weeks or so after two hurricanes had gone through & we had a great time!
