Great spot - amazing view and also close to central Queenstown. Plenty of space for a large party. Super clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

The Beeches

We stayed for 3 nights at this property recently and it is outstanding. Comfortable for large groups or a couple of families. Great location being very handy to town. Highly recommend!

Luxury & Great Views!

A beautiful, spacious property with all the amenities you need. Up on the hill with a tiny hill to walk up, but that is how you get the incredible views. The fireplace was wonderful in the morning. Great water pressure!

A great spot for a holiday

Property was as advertised and owner was very obliging. A great view and being near the top of the hill meant a healthy walk back after dinner. Only improvement might be a coffee pod machine for the coffee desperates among us.

Thanks Grant, I'm glad you had a great time! Yes a coffee pod machine is something we're considering but just worried about how they might be recycled as Queenstown does have a drop off centre. We'll keep thinking about it! Cheers

Space for the whole family

This property is in an ideal location, views from balconies are spectacular. There was space for our family which included 7 adults, 1 child and 2 toddlers

Great place to stay in Queenstown with a large group

Great stay for a large group. We celebrated our 12 th wedding anniversary with 10 of us. The place is well appointed, lots of room and the most stunning view. We didn’t need anything. 4 bedrooms with en suites was great too, with a toilet upstairs in the living area for convenience. Cooking facilities are marvelous and the Dining table was great for the 10 of us. We loved it all and also order the portable spa which was a wonderful treat! Only challenge is the 5th room that is made into a bedroom has a curtain for privacy so can be inconvenient for guests as it is at the bottom of the stairs and you go past it to access the other two bedrooms. Unless you are family the ‘shared bathroom’ of bedroom 4 is not really as it is the en suite and you have to go into the bedroom to access bathroom. So our guests had to go up to the top floor if they needed the bathroom at night. However if you are a family group then it will work much better. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

Warm, comfortable & well kept apartment

Having 1x ensuite per bedroom was an unexpected treat in this beautifully decorated, spacious, warm apartment. Stunning views from the large balcony across the CBD & lake meant we ended up choosing to stay in for meals rather than go out!

Beautiful home with amazing views.

We rented this property for a week for our children and partners and grand children. The home is three levels and has 4 bedrooms each with en-suite and a downstairs lounge that converts to 5th bedroom and also has its own small kitchen. The house was warm and plenty of room for all of us. Entry is to the middle floor with two bedrooms and drying room, downstairs from thier two more bedrooms, laundry and additional lounge/ 5th bedroom. Upstairs is the kitchen, toilet, and lounge dining area with balcony with BBQ. All the bathrooms have been renewed and are to a high standard, very nice. The view is fantastic and we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing apartment in an awesome location - 2 minutes down the hill to town (a few more minutes to climb the hill back up ??) The views from the living area were breathe taking. Plenty of room and own space - it never felt crowded with 12 people. Thanks for allowing us to stay ??

Perfect location, close to town .

Perfect location, close to town . This apartment was perfect for our girls weekend away. We had 8 us, all with our own bed. The lounge/kitchen area is on the top floor with the most amazing views. I like how all bedrooms were separated from the living area (2 stories below). Will definitely be back!
