Wonderful stay

We stayed at this house while we were visiting for a family wedding this weekend and I would 100% recommend it! The neighborhood is quiet, house is spacious, and the view is beautiful! We are already planning to book it for our next trip down!

Fabulous access and view of Lake

Wonderful location and amazing cottage. Two Large 1st floor rooms and full baths along w a comfortable 2nd floor w two beds for my cousin and me. Unreal sunsets!

A beautiful view!

We had a great stay here! Very clean and the view of the lake is amazing! The owner was very sweet and informative. The only issue we came across was the upstairs being a little hot. But overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome getaway!

Fantastic property- clean and very comfortable with tons of homey touches. Host was communicative but not at all intrusive. We will definitely be back!

Graduation Weekend

Perfect location and house to celebrate our daughter's graduation from SU. Tina was wonderful and we are grateful to have been able to find such a wonderful home - with no worries - to focus on family.

King bed was great... Nice kitchen and a deck that had super views... Would be back next year but going to Wisconsin next July...Tina (Host...was very helpful with the lighting fast responses..

Quiet little lake house

Amazing vacation rental

The house is nicely updated and the host has thought of everything you would need. The kitchen has everything it's just as if you were cooking in your own kitchen. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of linens. A brand new washer and dryer are very helpful for your stay. Just bring your clothes and food. The veiw of the lake is breathtaking. A firepit and dock complete the backyard. We will book this rental again.

Great stay in a beautiful spot!

We had such a lovely stay here, and the house was actually a lot bigger than I thought, with an extra seating area and 2nd TV closer to the kitchen -great for keeping the cook company! A whole wall of windows and sliding doors affords you a great view of the lake even if the weather outside is too brisk to go hang out on the deck. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals of any complexity -there was even a mixer and a blender. The upstairs bedroom is above the kitchen/dining area so no worrying about noise filtering to the downstairs bedrooms; it'd be great for kids or someone who likes to get up way earlier than the rest. I would definitely stay here again.

This property on Oneida Lake is very spacious and has a great deck and backyard that is perfect for your getaway. There is a fireplace and dock by the water. ( would recommend water shoes though as the water is mucky and a bunch of seaweed. You do have to walk out a good distance before you get deep enough to swim.) The host Ms. Tina is great she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and responds quickly to any questions. We will have definitely stay here again .

Great stay on the lake!

Wonderful experience. House was spacious and very clean. Kayaks provided gave us access to Oneida Lake and weather cooperated. Saw great blue herons, ospreys, and bald eagles. Spent most time relaxing on the deck gazing at the lake. Neighbors were very friendly but not intrusive. Wood available for sale across the street for the fire pit. Hard to beat a fire in the evening on the lake. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils for indoor or grill cooking. Would stay here again. Thanks, Tina!

Great Vacay!

We stayed at the house for a family vacation and loved it! It was just as the pictures portrayed and Tina and as the best…so responsive during the check in process and during our stay! Would definitely stay there again!!

Visit to Family & Friends

Spent the month of June at the lake, within an hour of our families. A perfect location for us, great view, nice neighborhood for walking. The house came with all the necessary furnishings. We really liked the deck table and chairs and ate many meals outside. Had a couple of very minor issues come up, one with the dryer that needed a small repair, and Tina responded ASAP to all our needs. She's a great host.

Syracuse University Graduation Weekend

We stayed at this property for graduation weekend, it was about a 25-minute drive to the school. The house was perfect for us, with two big bedrooms on the first floor and twin beds upstairs. Two full bathrooms as well. The weather wasn't great but we still managed to sit outside on the big deck and watch the beautiful sunset over the lake. The house was clean and well-stocked. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries. I would recommend this property!

Perfect lakehouse!

This property is perfect! It’s clean, updated and airy! There is a large yard for kids to play and kayaks to use in the water. The owner is kind and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

Peaceful and immaculate

We loved falling asleep and waking up to the amazing lake views we enjoyed grilling, corn hole, campfires and board games. We even invited friends for dinner one night and they raved about how cute and functional the property is. Will definitely be back.
