The Treetops Cottage

Treetops Cottage is a quaint little house located a few blocks away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. It is on a quiet, pretty, dead-end street with one neighboring house. Guests have the entire house to themselves.. A basement apartment has been separated from the main part of the house to provide maximum seclusion and privacy. This apartment is off limits to the public. The caretaker lives there. The Porch gives the feeling that one is up in the tops of the surrounding trees, hence the name-Treetops! This Cottage has beds that can accommodate up to 6 people within its two bedrooms with a Jack n Jill bathroom. This is a perfect place for couples, families or Brides and Bridesmaids. Toccoa is located in the outdoor playground of the Northeast GA.
There is a NO pet policy due to family allergies.

The space
The house is comfortable in all seasons with a new HVAC system in place. This cottage serves as a great place for Brides and Bridesmaids to ready themselves for nearby weddings. The fee per day is for 4 people. Additional people beyond 4 have additional charges of $40 pp/pn.

The property was clean and it was a nice stay. The bathroom stool needs a grab bar for older people. Young people will have no problem.

Fantastic

I picked the location for the proximity to Toccoa Falls College for my son’s graduation and experienced a wonderful property with all the amenities. Owner was a dream to communicate with and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely use this place again if we’re in the area.

It was a great place to stay super convenient too. Everything in town but far enough away you felt secluded . Beautiful views the host was great.

Quiet and Comfortable

Treetops Cottage is in a very quiet setting and is very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the covered deck in the "treetops". The hosts were VERY responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay!

Secluded get away

We had a great time here! It was only 30 minutes from tallulah falls and a short drive to Toccoa falls. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and the whole house was cute and cozy. The back porch was a great place to relax and surrounded by nature, emphasis on the spiders, lol! but overall, it was a great booking. I will say, I would be weary of bringing small kids. The rule book is pretty strict for sticky little hands.

Beautiful house, responsive owner

Beautiful house in a nice, wooded area, very near to Toccoa Falls College and some of Toccoa's attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and cozy cottage

The cottage was so pretty and cozy. You felt right at home as soon as you arrived. The owners were also very attentive and responsive when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and all beds were comfortable, including the couch! The back porch was also amazing! A great hang out spot or a place to simply relax. It was a perfect stay at a wonderful location.

Perfect for us!

I absolutely loved this place! Quiet, cozy, just the right size for our means for the weekend. I wished we could've enjoyed it a little longer. Very clean and Cyd was so nice on the phone, I was hoping to meet her but we were quite busy with the softball tournament, so we weren't there very much but it was perfect for us. The very nice, thick warm blankets on the beautiful back porch were a bonus! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your cottage, it was a joy!

Perfect for our needs!!

A friend and I rented this house for a weekend fly fishing trip, and it was a perfect place to come back to after along days of fly fishing locally. As advertised—very clean, easy check-in/out, kitchen had everything you need, and just a few mins from downtown Toccoa & local bars/restaurants. Communication with host was easy!

Nice property and location

The house was very nice and the deck was amazing. Beautiful property. If I had one criticism, it would be that there were too many rules. Food was only allowed in the kitchen (which was quite small with limited seating) and the deck. You either had to go through the rooms you weren't suppose to eat in with the food, or go outside to go around to the deck. Quite inconvenient, though I can understand why they wouldn't want food on those light carpets. Other than that, very nice. Next time, I will look for a place that has fewer rules or a bigger kitchen.

Adorable cottage!

The Treetops cottage was perfect for our wedding stay this past weekend! It was clean, functional and cute. We really enjoyed the large porch to have coffee on in the mornings. Exactly what you see in the pictures! We loved our stay!
