We had a great stay here the week of July 4th! The space is hip and well-decorated as well as comfortable. I loved the commercial bar refrigerator - so much that I want one for myself now! We ran into Jess a couple of times- she’s a friendly and attentive host. Really great location near Domino Park. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city and would love to stay here again if we have the chance to!

I booked this room for an employee at my company who was completing an art structure installation in SoHo for 3 weeks - the place was perfect and so comfortable for a long stay. The commute was so easy and the check-in instructions were clear and included photos. Definitely recommend!!

Had a wonderful stay at this trendy, thoughtfully designed spot. It’s a very cozy apartment, has a comfy bed, and the water pressure in the shower is great. As for location, it’s a 5 min walk domino park and is surrounded by tons of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Jess was incredibly communicative and helpful. The space was exactly as advertised, and the vibe was just what I was looking for. The space was clean and had a close proximity to a lot of local shops and parks. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back!

Very spacious - way more room than anticipated for a Williamsburg rental. Great location - coffee and scones across the street, MTA 6 min walk, a number of great bakeries and cafes within walking distance. Great amenities - plenty of fridge space for late night pizza debates, hot water in the bathroom, filtered water in the fridge, great bed. Near enough to nightlife, but not so close to be disruptive. Highly recommend.

I had the best ever experience staying here .and glad to say I was the first person to book this space.Jess was very responsive and very clear with detail and very helpful with anything I needed while I was staying here. I visit n.y. a lot and will be going back as much as I can. Please do your self the favor by booking with her. The space is excellent and I couldn't ask for a better time .

The property was excellent and I would definitely stay again. It was in a great location and was very good for our trip. We found it was much better to stay in than a hotel as it provided a lot more flexibility and space. It is very close to the ferry and the metro and some awesome shops and cafes. It is a thoughtful apartment and really gives you a New York feeling with its set up and decor. I liked the exposed pipes!!The host was really good and provided good communication and instructions. They were responsive when we had questions (such as how to use the laundry). The kitchen was generally well equipped except there wasn’t a microwave. The fridge is a bit noisy but tolerable. The aircon in the bedroom was a must have as the apartment does get hot. There are a lot of stairs to the apartment so not suitable for everyone but I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!!

Cool, unique loft with lots of special design touches. The linens, towels, etc. were well-stocked and clean. Jess was very responsive and made sure we were doing well.Note that there are two flights of stairs to get in and out of the apartment. It looks like there's a freight elevator but not sure if guests are able to access it.Overall a lovely stay that had everything we needed!

I’m an Ethnomusicologist and Vinyl DJ based between Brooklyn, New York, and Cape Town, South Africa. I was raised among the redwoods of Marin County, just outside San Francisco, and have spent the past 15 years traveling the world as a DJ and record collector. Music is at the heart of everything I do, and my spaces are a reflection of that—curated with intention to keep the vibration elevated.

I collaborate with artists and communities to spark positive change, and I deeply believe in the power of kindness, creativity, and uplifting the next generation.

I’m drawn to spaces that feel sacred—designed with care, calm, and inspiration in mind. I love being in beautiful environments with good energy and good flow, and I hope that anyone who enters my space feels that same sense of peace, presence, and possibility.

The long and short of it, is that I did not choose this neighborhood, in fact, this neighborhood chose me. This space is an absolute magical manifestation of my destiny and as such, I encourage others to be supported in whatever it is that they are manifesting while staying here.

That being said; this neighborhood carries the kind of creative energy and cultural richness that speaks to me deeply. The apartment sits right in the heart of South Williamsburg, just steps from the waterfront, where the city breathes a little slower, a little fresher and the skyline views of lady liberty remind you anything is possible.

As an artist and DJ, I’ve always been drawn to places that feel alive with intention—and Williamsburg is exactly that. There’s a balance here: you can find a quiet moment with a coffee and a journal, or step into a vinyl shop, a vintage clothing treasure chest, or a world-class restaurant, all within a few blocks. The area is walkable, stylish, and full of character—where old industrial buildings meet thoughtful new design, and where creatives from all over the world cross paths.

It is very accessible to Manhattan without being too deep into Brooklyn and that feels like a vacation at home. What I enjoy most is the way this neighborhood holds space for both inspiration and calm. Whether I’m digging for records, catching the sunset over the East River, or sharing ideas with like-minded folks at a nearby spot, this part of Brooklyn continues to fuel both my work and my spirit.

It is also the safest I have ever felt in New York City.
