This space was cute and accommodated 3 of us easily. Subway was nearby and community seemed safe and clean. Anywhere we needed to get took between 20-30 mins via Subway. Wonderful host. Very easy to contact!

Perfect place for a local stay! Comfortably slept 2 adults and 2 children. The place was clean, felt safe, great access to the subway and local food spots for a quick bite to eat. Our host had excellent communication and quick response time if anything was needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good overall but pricey. Also, had to change bed sheets right away as they clearly hadn’t been washed. Only two toilet paper rolls for the 3 nights, so had to buy some more.

This property is ideally located for a Columbia University visit. It’s only a few minutes away by car, and Uber’s were available in minutes. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Thankgiving Stay

We stayed at this lovely home while visiting the Macy's Thanksgiving parade. We were able to cook a small Thanksgiving meal which we enjoyed after watching Christmas movies. Thank you for welcoming us.

Great property!

From booking to check in and stay, everything was easy about this trip. The apartment was just as pictured. Perfect space for a couple. Host was so easy to deal with and responded quickly to questions or requests. The place was clean, updated and had everything you needed.

Great communication before, during and after the stay. The apartment is very clean. Large bathroom with a big walk-in shower. There is a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. This is a garden apartment so there is limited sunlight but plenty of lamps and overhead lights. There are three locked doors to get into the apartment so you feel very safe. The apartment is within a short walking distance to two subway stations (1 and ABCD). There is a grocery store, Key Market, near the entrance to the 1.

Cozy, Clean, Quiet and functional place

We enjoyed our stay in this place. Very functional, clean and comfortable place. Hostess were attentive, professional and friendly! Close proximity to train station, stores and restaurants. Area seems family friendly. Quiet area, we were able to sleep comfortable, no noise. I would definitely recommend the place

Another great stay

This is second time renting this apartment. Once again Ervin exceeded expectations. Unit is clean, easy to check in to, great location and perfect space for us. Communication is the best I have had with a rental too.

A little oasis in NYC

All perfect! Very clean flat in a nice area, very well connected with subway which can lead you everywhere you want. The communication with the owner is perfect, the flat Is equipped with everything you need.

Great 1 bed! We loved it ! !!! Fantastic neighborhood!!! Only 15 mins to 42nd street !!!! Apt was the perfect space as well!!! Ervin our host was fantastic and was a great communicator!!! Everything you need for a great price and superb host!!! Go to L’ Artista, Alvin the bartender was fantastic

Good value for Manhattan.

This is a basement apartment. Pretty good value considering closeness to NYC subway with all the access this provides. Neighborhood is not very clean. Host is responsive.

My most favorite hosts ever!

We’ve stayed in 31 country in so many rentals and these hosts are my favorite. We’ve been lucky enough to rent from them twice and each time these guys have gone out of their way to make sure our stay is easy and carefree. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure we have what we need from the start and they honestly could not have done more for us. We felt safe and the checkin process was super easy. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend it. We will return! Thanks guys!

NYC New Years Vacation

We found this 1 bedroom apartment to be quite the cozy nook at an affordable rate for New Years week in Manhattan. We were a 5 minute walk from a subway station with access to anywhere in the city we wanted to go - the host was gracious and kept in constant communication with us via text including when we arrived to check in to make sure we were in safely - we were able to check out easily and we would recommend this place for a cozy place to recover from a long day in the city - a very nice shower and a projectile screen in the master bedroom were added pluses - my wife thought it was very tastefully decorated - we would recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the city and doesn’t mind riding the subway
