The resort community boasts wonderful amenities including walking pathways through exotic gardens - leading to the nearby Kamaole III beach for swimming, snorkeling and more.

Kamaole Sands is a beautiful, South Kihei resort, located directly across from Kamaole III Beach. Maui's best beach is a 2 minute walk from your front door. These are beautiful, golden sandy beaches that are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, and romantic sunset strolls. They consistently rank among the world's top beaches.

This unit has been completely remodeled. King Tempurpedic bed, 55" Smart TV, ceiling fan, and brand new ductless air conditioning complete a very comfortable master bedroom.

Fully loaded chef's kitchen, Brazilian granite counters with island, tile floor throughout, updated/modern lighting and ceiling fans. A very romantic setting. An entertainment center with 55" Smart T.V.

Both bathrooms boast stone tile and glass block walk-in showers and granite vanities.

Loved our stay

Everything was great. We loved the location and everything in the property. Comments: filter and underneath the dishwasher might need a thorough cleaning, we cleaned the filter so it stopped leaving residue on dishes, but further cleaning might be nice. We would rent again!

Kamoale Sands

Great resort and room. The host was fantastic to do deal with, very good at communicating and problem solving when we had any issues. Also accommodating on a last minute basis. The room itself was very clean well kept. We were at the resort with a number other people so we had a chance to see some other rooms throughout our stay and ours was certainly one of the nicer and well taken care of. Would definitely rent with Kandice again in the future.

Amazing getaway!

My husband and I had a fabulous time at this condo! The unit was clean and well appointed and the property grounds are lovely! The location is wonderful with a great beach across the street and the chairs and umbrellas in the storage room were very handy. We appreciated the washer and dryer and full kitchen which were very useful. Additionally the host was extremely accommodating with some of our travel changes which was such a relief and much appreciated. We would strongly recommend this spot and plan to visit again!

Another great stay!

We decided to use the unit again for our honeymoon and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We noticed the new air conditioners and new doors for the bathrooms, nice upgrade and the ac worked perfectly! Stayed for the week and everything went well. Beach is a 5 minute walk and there are lots of good restaurants as well as grocery stores within a few miles. Yes, great place to stay!

Superb Time in South Kihei

Beautiful grounds, supportive onsite staff, giant mango tree outside the complex, swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, EV charging onsite (6 stalls), across the street from the ocean and utterly superb condo made our trip wonderful. Communication and response time from the owners was excellent. Wholehearted recommendation.

Vacation Gem

Place is as described. Beautiful and comfortable home with all the amenities you could need. You can see the beach from the balcony. Beach simply across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud and so comfy. Great gem for a holiday escape!

Beautiful unit

We've stayed many times at Kamaole sands in various units. This is one of the nicest. It was so comfortable for our 10 day stay. The split AC is very effective and quiet! Although it's not needed during the day...the location is nice and cool with a cross breeze. Thanks for letting us use your home on Maui!

Great place to stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip to Maui! This condo did not dissappoint! It was clean, well furnished and stocked, and provided everything we could have needed and more! The location is perfect near shops, resturaunts, beaches, and more. We enjoyed the peaceful morning sunrises and evening sunsets from the lanai. The pool and hot tub were clean and provided an excellent alternative to the beach on the hot days. Staff was friendly and helpful during check in and check out. We look forward to staying here again! Mahalo

We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo was lovely, well appointed, modern and clean. Location at the south end of Kihei, adjacent to Wailea, is very convenient for outstanding beaches, shopping and wonderful restaurants. I heartily recommend Kandice’s condo.

Gorgeous property/Perfect location

Well kept, stylish condo. Great parking spot (shaded most of the day) Nice pool but so close to the beach it was hard to decide ! Just 2 of us so we didn’t use the sofa bed but could be great for larger groups.

Beautiful home away from home!

This place was just as described. Very clean, open floor plan and had everything we needed to get started for our week long trip. We are used to having ac where we are from and we are so glad the ac units worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay in Maui!

What I needed out of this trip was a place to relax, some cozy nap spots and a well-located home base during my trip to Maui, and this stay didn't disappoint! The place was clean and well appointed; I could easily have my ideal rhythm of pool>beach>nap>pool>beach as nothing was more than a minute's walk away! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing place!

This is our second time here at Kamaole Sands and it was so awesome! The place is clean, quiet and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We are already talking about coming back next year. The unit is close to the pool/spa, which we enjoyed a few times. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach across the street. You’ll have to experience a Maui sunset, purely amazing! If comfort and memories are what you desire, this is the place. Much aloha!

Convenient Location

This property was very convenient to stay at. It's across the street from Kamaole Beach which has nice park grounds. It's a short walk to some pretty good restaurants and an easy drive to Iao Valley, Lahaina and the Haleakala Crater. The condo was clean and had the advertised amenities. We had a flight delay of 13 1/2 hrs and didn't check in until 2am. The office was open 24hrs and check in was easy.

Great place to stay.

As a former local, Kihei was where locals would stay (as opposed to the Kaanapali area), but it's so different now. This was a great place to stay. Clean, nice amenities, and convenient to everything. Check in was easy, and no visit to the office for check out. Easy access to nearby beaches, and closer to all the fun things than if staying around Lahaina or Kaanapali. The unit had a great crossbreeze and is located near the swimming pool, which my daughter really liked. Furnishings and decor were top notch.

This condo complex has great amenities, is in a great location and directly across from the street from the beach. Kandice was a great host and responded to our questions right away. I would highly recommend this place

Beautiful place, but.

We arrived about an or so before the room entry time. There is no place to store luggage, so waited in the heat luggage in hand at our building. We located the room and it had been cleaned and ready to go. We contacted our agent requesting a slightly early entry. We were allowed entry after being required to pay a fifty dollar fee. That’s ridicules as there was no additional effort needed from staff. Also, our room was close to the pool which was constantly noisy. If you don’t want to hear screaming kids all day long, don’t stay in this area.

Our Stay In Paradise

Once again the Kamaole Sands resort did not let us down. This is our fifth time renting in this complex and we love the amenities and friendly staff. Our condo was exactly as shown it was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The left over spices and condiments from previous guests was much appreciated and we contributed to the supply when we left. The beach equipment provided gave our granddaughter the chance to try out a mask for the first time, She spent hours in the pool practicing .We did have a leaky shower head and Sam the on-site maintenance person fixed the issue In one day. GREAT SERVICE. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back, Thankyou Kandice

Perfect Condo for 2-4 people

The photos reflect the condo exactly how it is. It is clean, bright and decorated how the photos depict. Both beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and in my opinion, one of the better ones in all of the units I have seen. There are lots of little extras left by previous guests. That with what Kandice has stocked for starting up goes a long way. It helped tremendously as our flights were cancelled/delayed and we didn’t arrive until 2 am to the unit. Dealing with Kandice was easy. If I have one bit of advice I would suggest any avid snorklers to bring their own gear. The unit does have gear but it’s been well loved and better suited for children. Overall I would definitely recommend this unit to friends/family traveling to Kihei and would come back again myself! Thanks Kandice.

Perfect Spot

Location was fantastic, we love this complex and the unit was clean, fully stocked, and had nice updates. Owner was quick to help us with anything we needed.

We both grew up near the ocean and have always been lovers of the beach life. Now that we live in the desert of Arizona we definitely take our much needed and anticipated break away every summer to beautiful Maui.
We were married on Maluaka Beach and return every year for our anniversary.
