This is not a hotel; it is a privately owned condo facing the ocean with a view of swaying palms and turquoise waters. The Jungle Breeze condo is the perfect getaway for a romantic couple or a small family. The Jungle Breeze condo features a fabulous view of the ocean and the beach.

The road construction around the condominium property mentioned in reviews has been completed as of February 2022, there are still road construction projects happening around the island but none that affect this property.
Activities and Attractions : At Smathers beach you will find available such activities as windsurfing, sail boarding, snorkeling and kayak or Jet Ski tours. Old Town, Key West and Duval St are about 1mile away and there you will find dozens of restaurants, famous bars, art galleries, museums, live theater, boutique shopping and tours available on both land and sea. Key West is a bicycle friendly town and this is a great option for touring our small island of 2 miles by 4 miles.

Covid 19 : the mask order in Key West has been rescinded but you will find some businesses do require a mask to enter their premises so please always carry a mask with you. Residents of LaBrisa Condominiums may be required to wear a mask on the elevator if there have been reported cases of Covid on the property.

The condo was great very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The owner Pam was great, responded quickly if we had a question. Great restaurants and shopping. We did all the historical sites and conch train tour. We had a great time.

Loved the view from the balcony, right across from the beach! Pool and hot tub very nice too. Clean and comfortable. Great communication from the owner with good suggestions for bike rentals and things to do.

Must stay for trip to Key West! This condo is everything listed and more! The view from the balcony was amazing!! Mrs. Pam is awesome and communication and recommendations was great. Everything you need for your stay is there. The kitchen has anything you could think of you may need! We enjoyed the quietness of the area and beautiful views after long days of exploring and playing.

Pam is wonderful; she provides great information and tips on how to enjoy this fun unique place called the Conch Republic. The condo was very clean and adorable. The view of Smithers beach was great. It was so relaxing to sit and watch the palm trees and water. It was nice to be away from the bustling part to enjoy a very nice peaceful home base.

Very nice private condo!

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon in Key West, and it was a nice condo! Right across from Smathers Beach which is beautiful. We had a great time.

Relaxing in paradise

Property owner has thought of everything we could want or need. Loved the location, quite but close to festivities when wanted to venture out. Nice beach , beautiful pool ,condo was well stocked and organized. Truely enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Key West condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Jungle Breeze condo. The condo was actually even better then pictured and the view from the balcony couldn't be beat. Great place to have your morning coffee or tea! Can't wait to return.

Christmas holiday

In spite of the pretty cloudy week, we had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful and well-equipped, the lovely beach is just across the street, and the Old Town/Duval Street area is just a short bike ride or Uber trip away. Highly recommend Pam’s place and would definitely return!

Hi Shannon, I assume by amenities you mean attractions like shopping and restaurants, because VRBO lists amenities as those things at the property itself, like the pool, tennis courts, grill and hot tub, which are all within walking distance. This property is located at the beach and Old Town is about a mile and a half away, although there are restaurants between this property and Old Town, along the beach.

I have been living in Key West since 1992 having moved here from Nova Scotia, Canada. I have been doing vacation rentals since 2004 and my three properties keep me plenty busy. My properties are strictly rentals and they are not a second home. I operate as a business using my Florida Corporation called Scotia, Inc. and the rentals are my primary source of income. All three properties are licensed as transient rentals with both with the City of Key West and with the State of Florida.

Your Condo by the Beach, The Jungle Breeze has a long name because of it's history of being known as the Jungle Breeze Condo since 2004 and I added the "Beach" reference when I started advertising with HomeAway. The water view from this condo is superb and a rarity in Key West Vacation Rentals. I am thrilled to be able to offer such a unique vacation rental. I lived at the LaBrisa Condominiums property many years ago and have served on the Board of Directors. It is an exceptionally well maintained property with onsite management. The LaBrisa property is gated and offers excellent security. The public beach across the street is a constant source of activity and people watching pleasure.
