Completely upgraded with all new furniture and large flat screen televisions. The kitchen is upgraded and room for two chefs. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with large flat screen television. Top of the line queen sleeper for your guests and an indoor dinning room table set for those special meals. Relax from your private balcony that overlooks the ocean and one of Key West largest beaches or enjoy the large resort-style community pool with Jacuzzi. I can’t say enough about this home. It’s exactly as listed. It is very nice, has everything you need and off the beaten path but close enough to be in the mix of it all. We will definitely stay again! Beautiful views from the balcony and just a walk across the street to relax on the beach. Awesome property! You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful place.

We loved staying here, it was on the quiet side of the island but still every convenient to everything. Everything was super clean. Right across from the beach and was a very nice spot to watch the fireworks for the 4th of July. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful & Comfortable Condo

Spent a couple weeks this October. The location was spacious, clean, and an overall great place to stay! Loved the pool, the balcony with the great view, and the available parking. We highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful View

We loved the view from our room and balcony and amenities were as described . Need a car or other transportation to get into town but not far away and we enjoyed being off the beaten path. Easy check in and Roberta readily available for any questions. Kitchen stocked with anything you might need and is updated with newer appliances. We will be back!

Beautiful Home & Amazing Views

This property was exactly as described and was the most clean and comfortable vacation home we have stayed in. It is perfectly situated on the quiet(er) southern beach which is literally a short walk across the road. All of Old Town Key West and Marina water sports are less than a 10 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, accurately described space. So nice to have beach gear available to use for quick walks to the beautiful beach across the street. Communication was clear and timely. Would stay here again!

Another Amazing Stay

This is our second time staying at this unit and as always it was a great stay. We love the location, the ocean view and the quietness of the complex. If you don't want to be in the party section of Key West, this place is for you. The unit is very clean and well stocked (we cooked in most nights) and the use of the grills on property was very helpful. Roberta is extremely helpful and answers questions quickly. Don't hesitate to book this property as it books up quickly.

Great location to experience Old Town and recharge your batteries

Overlooking Smathers Beach... which though small is a positive and provides great views. Found out the Keys are coral and the sand is imported so beaches are not common here. The location is far enough away from Duval where it's quiet yet close in to all the Old Town bad too offer by bike. Only negative thing.. advertised a "beach house" Actually apartment style Condo but the ocean view made up for everything.

Honeymoon

The view from the balcony as soon as you enter the condo is what sold us on we picked the right place. Safe and Secure gated complex, right across the road from the beach. Not a very crowded beach most of the time by 4pm most everyone was gone and made it feel like a private beach some days, with just a handful of people there. Key West has so many historical places to visit. Hemingway house (as long as you are not allergic to cats) is a must and the Butterfly Conservatory should also be on your bucket list. We had a great time and believe anyone that stays here will too. 5 stars across the board! Heath & Felicia

One of our main complaints was the locked gate. Every time we needed a ride or had a delivery we had to walk to the gate. And meet the driver. This was during tropical storm Debbie and inconvenient at any time but during the storm….very inconvenient. This may not be a concern for someone driving in.

A few suggested improvements

Overall experience good, but could use some improvements. Patio door extremely hard to open, mattress needs replacement, kitchen needs new pots and pans. The cleaning crew should mop the floor. Bathroom fan doesn’t work.

This property was amazing. Perfect. The location was excellent. The views were spectacular. The condo was light and airy spacious and very clean. The hostess, Roberta was very helpful, friendly accommodating and professional. We loved her. We would definitely stay at this resort again. Definitely worth the money. Thank you very much.

The apartment was located across the street from the beach. There was a great view from the balcony. The place was comfortable and well equipped. Quiet area but close enough to Duval St. The pool was great. The apartment was nice and we had a good stay.There could be a few upgrades, but we enjoyed the 8 days we spent there.

Key West spring break trip

We enjoyed our stay at La Brisa. The location provides easy access to the airport, a beach and downtown Key West. The amenities are great, including access to the community pool. I would recommend this property to anyone exploring Key West

Bucket List Trip

Gorgeous oceanfront view! Condo had everything we wanted & needed. Very clean, secure and close to everything. The perfect place for us to relax and enjoy with no worries.Really appreciated all the little extras like beach towels & pool & beach gear. Can’t wait to go back!!

33rd Wedding Anniversary Trip

The condo was PERFECT!! Enjoyed the beach across the street, pool, and hot tub was amazing at the condo. Steady breeze on the balcony made it perfect for afternoon lunch or evening drinks. Loved it and plan to return very soon!!

Great condo with wonderful ocean view

Wonderful condo in a great location with gorgeous ocean views. Had a few issues upon check-in, but Roberta was wonderful and handled everything quickly. Communication was great.
