A perfect way to be in paradise. The unit was so clean and exactly what was pictured. Roberta was so responsive and punctual. Can’t wait to be back!!

The condo was absolutely amazing ! The location was perfect! We had amazing water views. The condo was clean and spacious. We had a private bay in which to park our vehicle. The pool was awesome. My husband and I felt completely at home. The agent who was in charge of the property went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She was wonderful. We highly recommend this beach front condo.

Great place!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! Very nice place with the beach right across the street and not far from Duval Street where there is a lot of places to eat and shop.

Loved the condo (location, pool, view). We had plenty of necessities for our 5 day stay. Check in and check out was easy. We had a great stay in Key West and at this condo

This condo was a perfect location for our wedding week. The sunrise view of the beach across the street was beautiful from the balcony. It was nice to have a reserved parking space and not have to fight for parking in town. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well furnished, though the current mattress is quite soft if that’s of concern for your sleeping preference. We would definitely stay here again!

Key West spring break trip

We enjoyed our stay at La Brisa. The location provides easy access to the airport, a beach and downtown Key West. The amenities are great, including access to the community pool. I would recommend this property to anyone exploring Key West

The property is very nice and clean. The kitchen had all of the amenities you could need. The pool was lovely and the beach view was great. There is some traffic noise at certain hours from the street in front of the complex. I would recommend this property. It was a short drive to Old Town and restaurants.

Excellent Place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our week stay. The place was exactly as described. Clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is great and so close to Smathers beach!

Wonderful Stay!

Well equipped condo at a great property. Away from the noise, but all Key West attractions easily accessible by bike or golf cart.

This was supposed to have been a high-end property. Not sure that I would consider this high-end. The balcony furniture was extremely small seemed like it was meant for teenagers and not adults. Mattress in the bedroom was uncomfortable and didn’t get much air-conditioning to the bedroom so you had to use the fan which unfortunately doesn’t work well for me causes my sinuses to dry out. The floor tiles were upgrades, but whoever put them down left them very uneven so be careful and don’t stub a toe. The location right across from Smathers Beach was really nice other than the brown seaweed which gave a very pungent odor which we were not aware of that. This is very prominent April through September.

I am surprised at your review. The renter that just left gave a 5 star review and this unit has an excellent rating with over 167 reviews and a 9.6 rating giving it an Exceptional rating by vrbo. You never said anything during your stay. The seaweed issue is along the whole west side of Florida and made it's way down to Key West. Last year there was no issue. So to compensate I offered a 10% discount for this inconvenience and reduced the advertised rates. To get a ocean view in Key West is very expensive and this condo offers a ocean view with full amenities for less than a hotel.

33rd Wedding Anniversary Trip

The condo was PERFECT!! Enjoyed the beach across the street, pool, and hot tub was amazing at the condo. Steady breeze on the balcony made it perfect for afternoon lunch or evening drinks. Loved it and plan to return very soon!!
