Great location and comfort!

Very clean and comfortable. Very close to the docks! We could have walked to the docks. We will stay again.

Clean and comfy

Great spot to stay. Clean and comfortable. Close to walking/biking trail. Groceries nearby. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Nice space…screened in area was nice to relax in. Host very responsive. Enjoyed our stay. Nice to have fridge with ice maker and having a dishwasher, washer/dryer is a plus.

Convenient location

Definitely in a quiet little neighborhood and easy walking distance to downtown. Even though we didnt use the Pinellas trail it is right there. Main reason for our stay was it was conveniently located to family 4 blocks away. There are stairs inside which were okay. But having my elderly parents with me it was a little uneasy at times worrying about them going up and down them. That is the only one negative thing i can say about the place is steps need to be included in the details. Otherwise great place to stay.

Stay at 601A Riverview

The property is attractive, beautifully furnished and well equipped, including a large TV screen and a combined washer-dryer washing machine. The TV uses streaming. Guests should be alerted before they come to bring any ID and Passwords for channels such as HULU, NETFLIX etc. It would be useful to have a Swiffer type floor mop. The Vacuum Cleaner is difficult to use since it is very heavy--although it is a powerful machine. The management is friendly, very responsive to any issues, responding promptly. I am not sure if anything can be done about it, but the toilet is tricky to flush. The flush lever has to be held down in order to flush properly. Overall, we give this property a high rating.

3 night stay

Our accommodations were satisfactory. We had everything we expected. The property manager was very responsive to any request or problem. The location is very good. Walking distance to sponge docks , restaurants, and dog park. Short ride to downtown and beaches. We found Ruko frustrating and would have preferred basic cable.

Great location

Easy walk to town. Comfortable place. Not fancy. Mostly quiet, except for whomever rented next door the first night--but that was just luck of the draw. Bonus was how close it is to a very nice dog park since we had our Doggo with us. 😊
