Note 1: To protect your investment and ensure a worry-free travel experience, we strongly recommend all our guests consider purchasing Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance. Our cancellation policy is firm. If you cancel outside the limits of our policy, you may not receive a full refund. We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

Note 2: Refund Policy
When a booking is canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date, we’re happy to issue a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy. However, please note that the 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable, as the payment processor charges this fee and cannot be reversed.

Note 3: Our Pet Policy: Dogs only, 25lbs or less. Well-trained, non-aggressive breeds only. Pets are not allowed on furniture and owner must pick up after pets do their business in the yard. We accept larger dogs on a case-by-case basis, please contact us and we can discuss. There will be an additional $125 (+ FL Tax) added to all reservations including pets, for the additional cleaning required.
