Beautiful home and very clean! The dogs loved running around outside and we enjoyed the view and peace.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The property was lovely, with great views and outdoor area that we really enjoyed. It was very comfortable for our group of four adults and one teen, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and enjoying meals together. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful View! Adorable home nestled in Hill country. It was quiet, clean. Large rooms and bathrooms. I love that the kids room had toys and books for them, if you bring kids. Absolutely no issue with check in or getting in and out of the gated property. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. It was so quiet. I loved the balcony and wish I had time to use the telescope.

5 min from Perdenales Falls State Park first of all…and very beautiful location, quiet and plenty of outdoor space. Inside was cozy for our family to spend time together. Beds were comfortable and communication clear. Also, they welcomed our fur baby… so five stars for this one.

Perfect, peaceful stay

The house was spotless and nicely appointed- very comfortable for our family. Had everything we needed including quiet while being conveniently located for the things we wanted to do in the area.

Hilltop

Great place. Private and well designed. Wonderful views. Was here for a baseball tournament so this was a well placed spot for us to stay. Also convenient to restaurants and grocery stores

Enjoyed high tech kitchen. Grilled, steak and coffee outside on deck. Spacious rooms with stunning views. Spa like baths. Would have loved a hot tub or bikes. 5 mins to Pendernales Falls and 10 to Camp Lucy wedding venue. Day trips to SXSW, LBJ library/home, Johnson City & Dripping Springs shopping.

Nice getaway house

Beautiful home with an amazing view. This house had everything you need for a fun weekend away. Area was quiet, but had plenty of lighting on property. Enjoyed making smores on the firepit. Owner was easy to communicate with.

An Absolute Gem! Airy, Bright, and Fully Loaded We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is beautifully airy, bright, and incredibly comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. It truly had everything we needed for our trip, plus so many thoughtful, unexpected extras that made our stay feel extra special. The kitchen was another highlight, incredibly well-appointed with nice, high-quality appliances that made cooking an absolute breeze. To top it all off, the views from the backyard and the deck were simply incredible. It was the perfect spot to relax and take everything in. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making this a welcoming home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Nice property just needed to be cleaned better. We enjoyed our stay.Master shower was dirty with black hair on floor and in shower. No dishwashing detergent to start dishwasher be fore we left. Dirty baking sheet in oven. Was not clear where trash bin was so we left it in the kitchen trash bins. Upstairs bathroom had dirty washcloth hanging over shower curtain.

Nice place on top of the hill. Close to state park which was nice. Johnson city and dripping springs only 15 minutes in either direction. We will be back!
