Very nice place. Very clean and well appointed. The only thing we had issue with was the air conditioning down stairs was very inconsistent. My kids were complaining it would work for a while then stop and it would get to hot to sleep comfortably. Besides that all was good. Fun place!

Splash Landing is a great home in a fantastic location. We have stayed here two years in a row and intend to stay again in the future. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the waterfront and dock is perfect for kayaking and fishing. I highly recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for our annual reunion trip. Slight hike down to the lake, close enough to town that it wasn't a hassle to travel back and forth. The previous guests had left some items on the back porch, but within a few minutes their cleaning crew was there to tidy them up. Absolutely unheard of response time. Rooms were, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The bathrooms were amazing and everyone had their own. Would 100% stay here again.

Very clean and spacious. We had a group of 10 and never felt like we were on top of each other. We would have loved to have had a better view of the lake. It was hard to see it through the trees, but still beautiful.

The beautiful setting sets the whole stay - hosts provide so much from the kayaks to firewood for the fire pit and even a starter kit for the kitchen/bathrooms.

We had a great stay!!! The property is just as pictured on the photos. Beds were comfy and linens were new. The hot tub and ping pong table were a hit for us since the weather didn't want to cooperate for as much outdoor fun we’d hoped for. Great place for 2 families!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! Did a short family vacation with my three sons, their wives, and two grandkids and we had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the water, the fire pit, hot tub and spacious patio and living/dining spaces! Plenty of dishes and seating for us all!! The host was wonderful and very quick at responding.

Maria the host was great !! The accommodations was above and beyond. My wife and I stayed the weekend at the splash pad and LOVED IT !! We plan on being back and bringing the family. The weather was rainy and stormy, but that didn’t keep us from enjoying the stay. It’s in a great central location to be able to get to lots of entertainment in any direction. The house was very clean and we felt like we were at home away from home. Highly recommended stay and the host Maria was TOP NOTCH ! Cheers !

Has a beautiful veiw and loved the stairs ! Location is not to far from town which was ideal as well ! Could have had more towels and blankets but we made due ! Overall very nice place would stay again !

So glad you had a wonderful time. We provide extra blankets and towel sets for the number of guests our house sleeps. We also provide laundry detergent if you care to do laundry. I’m sorry you did not find enough but also are also aware of you having a party in our home with excessive guests and you bringing in an extra air mattress. Perhaps that’s why you ran out of towels?

This was our first visit to Northwest Arkansas, and everything about our stay was great! Highly recommend this property.

Family get together

The property is very well laid out, nicely furnished, very clean and equipped, and has everything you need for a get away weekend. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend stay for a college graduation

Joined our family for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. The property was as we expected, had plenty of room for our group and renovated bathrooms that were a plus. The owners were great with some advice on places to eat and it was a great trip.

Family getaway

Overall our stay was wonderful. The backyard is surrounded by very tall trees, which made it a lovely spot to just visit and catch up with all of our adult children.

Family Trip

This is a great property. The amenities are excellent, it has appropriate space for all guests, it is thoughtfully stocked, it is clean, and was a perfect place for our family trip. The hosts provided all information in a timely manner and were patient and helpful with any question we had. I would highly recommend staying here!
