Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear the property worked well for your family reunion and that everyone had enough space to gather comfortably. We’re glad the kitchen and common areas supported your stay and that you found everything clean, comfortable, and as described. It’s also wonderful to know our team’s responsiveness made a positive difference.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you didn't experience any issues with the inside of the home and that your stay indoors was comfortable. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the outdoor furniture and porch area. We understand that enjoying the outdoor spaces is an important part of a lakeside stay, and we're sorry that the condition of these areas didn't meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can review the outdoor furniture, as well as the cleaning and maintenance of the porch, to help ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness and presentation of the home did not meet expectations during your stay. Hair in the shower, unwashed bath mats, the incorrect bedding setup, and the sticky dining table are all not acceptable and do not reflect the standard we aim to maintain. We’ve already escalated these concerns to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review so we can correct the issues and reinforce proper inspection procedures moving forward. The feedback about the overall impression of the home is also noted and will be used to improve both our cleaning checks and staging standards. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention, as it helps us identify where we fell short and make necessary improvements for future guests.
