Beautiful Town house in a quiet cove with a dock & kayaks. Please bring your own lifejackets. Public Beaches, Swimming pools, Gyms.
Deck & Pit Boss grill, AC, kitchen has microwave, Air fryer, blender dishwasher, oven range, fridge W/ icemaker.
Everything you need is right here. Located in the middle of nine exclusive golf courses, eight 18 hole courses and one 27 hole course and eleven lakes, access to many hiking and biking trails right outside your door, as well as Pickleball courts.
It is a short commute to charming downtown Hot Springs and nearby Oaklawn Race Track and Casino. It is ten minutes from two grocery stores, and is adjacent to Ouachita National Forest and yes Domino's will deliver right here. 5 minutes from a pretty nice Mexican restaurant, gas station or liquor store. Note Arkansas has no alcohol sales on Sunday.

Place was amazing! This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. It’s so peaceful to sit out on the lake. We loved the kayaks. Host was so nice.

We're tucked in a No Wake cove. Relax in the quiet. Sun or shade is your pick. Come back when you can.

Very nice townhouse, directly on the water. Very quiet area. Can swim directly off of dock and kayak around the lake. Walking trails are a short drive from townhouse or can walk the neighborhood streets. If you enjoy being outdoors on the water, this is a great place to visit.

The townhouse was perfect. Clean, well stocked. The kiddos enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking with the kayaks provided. We were able to visit many places around the area. It was a perfect vacation before the kids went back to school.

We were three women who spent the week of 4th of July exploring Hot Springs and the surrounding areas. The townhouse was perfect for us. It was right on the lake. Had plenty of coffee and tea and all the fixings to go with it. Todd was very responsive each time we communicated. Hot Springs Village was much more than we were expecting with so many amenities and so nicely laid out.

The home is in desperate need of deep cleaning. Carpet in 2nd bedroom was filthy. Found debris behind furniture. All bath and floor mats filthy. Toilets did not flush properly. Had to use the plunger. Remotes for tvs had either dead or no batteries. Cabinets and fridge cluttered with leftover food from past guests and not dated. Mold in tile grout in shower. If one could see past the cleanliness issues the facility was nicely furnished and comfortable. Thank you.

You were given 3 documents with my phone number on them. You failed to call as asked if you had a problem. Why? You provided no pictures. Why not? There are batteries in a drawer, just ask. Staple items are left by guests and are appreciated by late arrivals etc. Learn to operate a toilet please. Maybe don't eat such a big meal so you're nicer. Steamatic cleans these carpets regularly. They are not filthy. I recall giving you a nice review but you did NOT communicate at all and I will NOT rent to you again. I have to conclude you are not telling the truth anywhere in your review. Bless your Heart.

Townhouse had everything we needed for a week-long stay. Ample parking, quiet neighborhood, reasonable rent. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! Absolutely loved the location. Having the kayaks available was such a nice bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped, and I really appreciated the coffee pods provided. The place was comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back.

This place is a little slice of heaven. What a beautiful home and so tranquil. During the rush of life this is just what we needed. I also need to give the biggest shout out to the host. I have never came across a host that is so responsive and had great conversations with. I will be back 100%. Top of the memory list for us. I cannot thank the host enough for sharing this home with us.

Weekend Getaway

Very nice property with beautiful views, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! The owner was so helpful with any questions we had, and quick to respond! We enjoyed the multi level decks and had some fun in the kayaks, even caught a beautiful sunset on the water! We would definitely stay at this property again if given the opportunity.

Wonderful stay on Lake DeSoto

My husband, daughter, and myself had a wonderful long weekend stay. It was clean, easy check in and out, quiet area, and wonderful location on the lake. Would highly recommend!

Great little place (two floors) right on the lake (no backyard its the lake)...Great views. The house feels like a home away from home. I do recommend touch up paint inside the townhouse its not bad to reject anyone in staying (walls/cabinets showing age)...Love the main bedrooms are down stairs (cooler)...Beds are comfortable! Note, only one shower/tub downstairs and half bath up stairs. Small pets are perfect for the location if they don't jump in the lake..(plenty of locations to walk your family small pet in front) its clean location so pick up after the dog drops (plenty of trash containers outside). The Host allowed us in early (SO KIND) because we were driving down from IOWA through serve thunder/rain storms. Enjoy everyone

We loved the available kayaks. The dock was great for swimming and fishing. The house was clean and relaxing.

Swim out your back door or paddle a kayak. Close to Golf, Pickleball, Tennis. Hiking. Restaurants. 6 minutes to Dolce Vita, great Italian food. Close to the West Gate and groceries or for Rock mines, Hot Springs, Magic Springs water park and it's quiet.
