Perfect place

Everything was clean and fresh and ready to go. Internet was a bit wonky but not a big deal. Would definitely recommend to others!

It was perfect for our needs. Communication and check in process was excellent. There was a strange odor in the room with the bunk beds. I have terrible allergies so I reacted to it a bit. Other than that it was good.

Great time!

Loved our stay. Somehow our condo number was mixed up on our parking pass and that took some time to straighten out. I would suggest towel racks in the master bath be added. 2 hooks were not enough!

ProsVery close to the beach — only a few hundred feet away, easy walk.Two pools within a 60‑second walk, super convenient for quick swims.Great beach gear provided — beach cart, towels, chairs, and even a boogie board.Shops nearby for anything extra you might need (like more toilet paper).ConsBathroom damage not fully repaired — baseboards were removed and not replaced.Cleaning could have been better, especially in the bathrooms.Limited toilet paper provided, requiring a store run.

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot!

Everything about this vacation to St. Augustine was wonderful and we're definitely looking forward to returning. The condo was perfect - very clean, comfortable, well equipped, spacious, and in a perfect location for our family of 5. The location was very convenient, with a jacuzzi hot tub right outside the door, and short walk down to the beach. The resort is secure with a 24 hr guard at the entrance and has 2 pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts with lights. Its a very short drive to the grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shops, and historic downtown. The owner is communicative, kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend Mystic Sands and St. Augustine for a peaceful, relaxing, fun filled beach vacation!
