Harbor Springs lodge nestled between Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nob ski resorts. Just 5 minutes from Lake Michigan and Harbor Springs Bay Area including Little Traverse Bay (the nicest bay of all the Great Lakes).

For land and water enthusiasts we have many luxurious local golf courses and crystal clear beautiful inland lakes. Walking distance to the award winning Teddy Griffin’s Roadhouse for the best meal in Harbor Springs and local convenient/liquor store with all the necessities. Just 9 miles to Petoskey where you will enjoy many attractions and entertainment including downtown dining, shops and more. 30 miles south of the Mackinac Bridge and Mackinaw City with ferry rides daily to Mackinac island (a must do experience for everyone).

The Harbor House Lodge has a large great room with sunken fire place and 8 person bar top. In addition, there is a separate gathering place on the main floor to sit and enjoy the views of an occasional black squirrel or turkey passing by outside.

For sleeping arrangements, on the main floor, we offer a private king sized master suite with large walk in shower and custom bathroom. Also on the main floor are two separate queen bedrooms with private access to a full bathroom. There is another king bed in the open private loft space. While up here, enjoy the large picture windows and beautiful views. In the loft there are (2) trundle beds that can accommodate anyone of any age or size. Two full bathrooms are available in the loft as well. In the basement you’ll find a queen bed and futon. Also in the basement, you’ll want to play some pool or throw darts while enjoying the entertainment center, bar and games.

This house offers a large kitchen with all cookwares needed to make a spectacular meal!! There is a charcoal grill onsite if you choose to cookout and enjoy the spacious yard area and fire pit. We have a large outdoor deck with wooded scenery. Plenty of parking space. Easy access in a private neighborhood.

If you should need to work while enjoying your stay, there is WiFi available and perfectly capable of holding any virtual meetings

The property was well taken care of & clean. We hosted 4 generations of family under one roof & had all the amenities to keep everyone happy. So many light switches Holy cow.A few drawbacks:The loft is not 3 bedrooms. It is a great room with 2 partitions. Not much privacy, which is what we hoped for with 7 bedrooms.This property is in an HOA, which meant we were not allowed to have an outdoor fire, but they definitely advertised it as being able to use & it was posted in the house where to get wood & smore fixings down the road.We also had an incident with the lawn guy just hanging out in the yard, extremely creepy.Overall it was a good place to stay for the week, clean, lots of amenities. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make big family meals. Close to many things up north. Would stay again.

Some of the photos need updating - no white sectional. Had some issues, but the host responded immediately and everything was resolved quickly. “The Boat. House” was the name of a room, not a room in another location-like say a ‘boat house,’The loft was one long space with partial walls separating the sleeping spaces. Upstairs (loft) bathrooms had windows that opened to the first floor with blinds. Weird.Hair dryers were an appreciated amenity.Overall, we had enough places for everyone to sleep, were able to be all together in one space without feeling crowed and enjoyed a great family reunion with cousins. Kids enjoyed the basement games.

This place was awesome! Very spacious and and plenty of seating. The basement was incredible. After a long day on the slopes we came back and played pool and foosball. The home theater was hit. Amazing way to watch football! It’s just a great place and the owners were very responsive to any questions.

Great ski chalet!

Perfect property for access to Nub’s or Boyne Highlands. We stayed with three families (6 adults and 7 kids). The house fit everyone great.

Cozy and Comfortable

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home. Plenty of room for all 12 of our family members and very clean Great location with plenty to do to keep us busy the whole week. Fell in love with this area! Can’t wait to come back!!

Great ski location!

Great location between Nubs and The Highlands with a few minutes drive to each. Very clean with comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. Loved the large dining table and gathering space for our large group. EZ Mart across the street was a bonus! Responsive homeowner

We were incredibly impressed with this rental....it had everything, including pool and foosball tables for the kids....fire table on the deck...luxurious master suite....loft upstairs...well stocked kitchen....we were more than satisfied!

Great Location for Golf Trip

A group of of us stayed here for a long golf weekend. It was an ideal location for the Boyne Highlands courses and also very easy to access Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Communication was seamless with the owners. The home was clean with all necessities provided. Whenever our group returns to play again, we’ll definitely stay at the Harbor House.

Fantastic house and host

The house was very clean and the check in/out process was simple. This is great if you have a group of people. We had 7 and there was plenty of privacy, but also great space to hang out as a group. The host was very polite and fast to answer questions. The location is quiet but very close to everything you need. We would certainly stay again if in the area!

Great for families

Great location for skiing. Snow removal every day was excellent. Large gathering areas. Plenty of space. Bathrooms were nice. Everything was clean. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Great place for a large group

The house was comfortable and accommodated our large extended family ranging in age from 2 to 76 years-old. One of the best aspects of this rental is the responsiveness of the owner. We communicated many times prior and during our visit. Responses were prompt and helpful. The best communication I’ve ever had with a VRBO host.
