Betts was an excellent host and her house is exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed and more. The location is great and it’s a short walk to Front Street. Our trip was short but we’ll definitely be back when we can stay longer!

House is clean, comfortable and well appointed kitchen. Our pups love the fenced backyard and screen back porch is perfect for reading a book or just relaxing.

We had a great weekend at Rice Cottage! Very clean and comfortable! We had all we needed, and were able to relax after coming in from fishing. Thoroughly enjoyed the back porch.

This home is the perfect place for a Georgetown get-away or in our case a Georgetown wedding. It is cute, well appointed and so comfortable. It’s in walking distance of Front Street and so easy to get in and out. We loved it! We will stay here again.

The home was very clean and organized and had absolutely everything you could think of. It is within walking to front street and everything that the area has to offer. The screen porch even has a doggie door for your furry friends.. I would absolutely recommend staying here

This house was stocked with everything and anything you might need. We had 2 very large well behaved dogs so were able to move a few pieces of furniture to give them more space and of course we replaced them all when leaving. We appreciated the screened porch although the temperatures were so high that it restricted our use somewhat but the weather is not something we as humans can control. Loved having the fenced yard for the dogs but also being able to walk them on neighborhood streets under the shady majestic old oak trees. There is also a dog park 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Georgetown to book this little bungalow.Thanks Betts for allowing us to stay for 4 weeks.The Macdonalds

Base of operation for a week of fishing with friends. Perfect location, very well appointed kitchen, everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Beds super comfortable. Great neighborhood close to historic Georgetown Front street shops and restaurants.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in the Rice House. It is a great location, quiet, and well kept. It was a very nice home away from home!

My family and enjoyed every part of our vacation. The house is very quaint and has everything you need. The host is accommodating, we arrived earlier than 4:00 and the house was already clean so we were able to check in early. The house is within walking distance to downtown which is a plus. Even though we did not bring pets the fenced in back yard was big enough for dogs to enjoy the outside. I give this place 5 stars.
