This charming one bedroom apartment is centrally located on Broad Street, just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the living area has a futon for additional guests or children. A fully stocked kitchen is convenient if you choose to cook and we have a large private parking lot behind the building. This is a perfect place to stay to enjoy this beautiful historic town.

Perfect for a couple getaway!

The pictures don’t do it justice! Beautiful decor and artwork. Convenient to downtown and great restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again.

Georgetown stay

The apartment was terrific! Original, art, new furniture. Nice little Kitchen. We loved it for our weekend stay.

Perfect Georgetown location

This is the perfect place to stay while visiting Georgetown. The property was exactly as pictured and everything was clean with all that you needed for a comfortable stay. The location is an easy walk to Front Street. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in town. I would highly recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable apartment! Very well decorated, extremely clean, and within walking distance to the downtown area of Georgetown. Everything you could possibly want was right there! Booking was so easy, as well! We hated to leave, but will be back. This place is a gem!

Wonderful little apartment

The apartment is just so cute, exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed and was very clean with comfortable furniture and bed. The location was great too, just blocks from downtown Georgetown. What more could you want! When/if we come back to Georgetown again, we would try to stay here again.

Beautiful and clean apartment

Walking distance to the old town waterfront, restaurants, bars and shopping. The apartment is very clean comfortable and well apportioned. The owner includes the little things that make our travels so much more enjoyable. If you are planning a trip to Georgetown this is your place.

Clean Comfortable Getaway

Highly recommend this quaint stay in Georgetown. Our family of three was comfortable the entire stay. The owners were extremely responsive to questions. Clean and plenty of extras (linens/toiletries) should you forget to bring anything. We loved the personal touches added in every room especially the beautiful paintings.

A lovely getaway

We stayed 7 nights in this lovely lodging and this amazing town. I can't say enough good things. We loved the thought and care that was taken to appoint the apartment. Keels' paintings are wonderful. We wandered the tree-lined streets, took in the sights and museums and walked to dinner every night. We brought our boat and rode out to the lighthouse and up and down the rivers. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect Getaway

Race Day Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Georgetown. We were there for the Bridge to Bridge Run and to explore more of the SC low country. The location in the historic district is perfect. It is only a 3-4 block walk passed the historic old houses, churches and trees to the downtown restaurants and waterfront. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us and is beautifully decorated. We loved the original paintings of the low country. We hope to be back soon.

Lovely well-appointed apartment in a very convenient location

Very pretty and well-appointed apartment. Nice coffee and tea facilities and fast wifi. Easy walk to the historical downtown. Access was confusing at first. Note: the arrow on the door downstairs points "up" not forward ("in") and somehow I couldn't get the keypad to work for a while. The sofa bed is comfortable if you put the memory foam cushion on it. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Nice Apartment

This is a sweet little apartment. It’s very clean and well appointed. We had an event to attend and while getting ready for that my husband discovered he had forgotten his razor. We found one in the basket of supplies in the bathroom. Thank you!!!

Perfection!

We stayed four nites at Keels’ apartment and it was wonderful! Nicely decorated in modern vintage with lovely personal touches and her own beautiful paintings. Very cozy and inviting! The bar area in the kitchen was perfect since we like to make our own cocktails, and huge bonus points for having a shaker and ready made ice cubes in the freezer! The living room was perfect to relax and wind down in, I especially enjoyed reading all the books on the area! The bed and pillows were comfortable, the sheets soft and the comforter the perfect weight. We walked down to the restaurants and shops every day from this perfect location and it was an easy drive to the beaches and plantations. Returning to this apartment after a day of sightseeing or at the beach was like coming home!

Quaint and very clean!

This property places you right in the middle of Georgetown! Close to everything! I believe it’s a real estate office downstairs and you have your own area upstairs with your own separate entrance. Everything was super clean and everything you could need is here already from water bottles in the fridge to a washer and dryer to extra blankets. The host is very friendly and communicative and I highly recommend this location to anybody. Make sure you don’t have an issue with stairs though, as it is a bit of a climb to the top to your entrance. Worth it though :)

Downtown Georgetown is so charming and we live on Broad street as well. We built our Real Estate and construction business there a few years ago and added the apartment above. It’s one of the bests streets in Georgetown and in walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and shops on Front Street.
