Charming Historic Guest House in the Heart of Town
Step back in time in this charming, 1-bedroom, 1 bath Guest Cottage, part of a 200- year-old property in the heart of Historic Georgetown, SC. The recently restored guest cottage is situated in a private gated courtyard that includes a fountain spilling over into a Koi pond, an outdoor fireplace and a large outdoor dining area. Inside the cottage guests will find a spacious living area, a separate bedroom with a luxuriously appointed queen bed. a kitchenette and a private bath.
It's located just one block from the historic waterfront. Take a walk along the boardwalk and watch the fishing boats come in or spend the day shopping in the quaint historic village and enjoy fresh local seafood at the many wonderful restaurants. The guest cottage was recently remodeled and has a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Guests will enjoy the first morning's breakfast of fruit, yogurt homemade muffins, coffee and juice. Free high speed WiFi and a 60' flat screen TV with premium cable are available if you'd like to stay plugged in. A hammock is available in the back yard if you'd rather not.

The patio outside the cottage is quite beautiful, something you can't really get from the photos. We couldn't have asked for a better place to take in all that Georgetown has to offer. We loved returning to our cottage in the afternoons or evenings after exploring Georgetown and the surrounding areas. The courtyard was such an added bonus and Graham and Julie were delightful to interact with when we saw them! You will be pleased!!

We really enjoyed the location, as we could walk just a few beautiful blocks with old homes and live oaks covered in resurrection ferns. The owners were super nice and the place met all of our needs. We would stay there again for sure!

This was our first visit to Georgetown and it was wonderful. The pace was slow and relaxing, Julie and Grahan were extremely helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay special. We fell in love with Georgetown and will try to get back real soon. The cottage was delightful and comfortable. Steve K.

Amazing Stay!
We had a wonderful trip and the accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. The cottage was spotless, well appointed and just a very short walk to the historic district. The host were amazing and made sure everything was perfect for the entire stay. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Georgetown.

We come to Georgetown often to visit our son and his family. This is by far the best place we have stayed.

Excellent Stay
Very comfortable for a 4 night stay. Everything needed was thought of. Beautiful home - beautiful neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Cozy Cottage in Georgetown
Our hosts have created a lovely space to rest and relax. Convenient to everything Georgetown and the Low Country has to offer. If you want easy access to Charleston, but you don’t want the crowds, this is teh place to be.

We love living on the coast of South Carolina. We fell in love with Georgetown 8 years ago and decided to make it our permanent home. We enjoy taking long walks and walking to the many restaurants and shops in the historic downtown. Georgetown is a friendly, welcoming place to be, and we are happy to share our newly renovated home and guest house with others.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace listening to the sounds of the fountain or take a lazy afternoon nap in the hammock. Our place is your place during your stay.
