The condo is very nice clean and quiet. walk out the back door to the beach. Walk out the front door to the pool . Walking distance to nearby restaurants.. easy check-in the . This condo has everything you’ll need to make your vacation stay perfect. Very much appreciate the added bonus of having a garage for covered parking right next to the condo. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again. It was perfect.!

We had a wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach! The ocean view was beautiful, and the beach access couldn't have been easier. Rex was fantastic to work with—his communication was excellent from start to finish. The property had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, towels, and more. It made our family trip relaxing and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our time in cocoa beach. Beach access was right off the property and pool was a few steps away. Owner Rex was easily reached when we had questions upon arrival. Location was close drive to shops and restaurants. All in all I would do this one again.

I'm glad you were able to get some beach time. My favorite view is looking out from the living room on to the Atlantic and watching the cruise ships heading out to sea.

Perfect location! We were able to walk to several restaurants. That condo was very well stocked. Beach was great and so was the pool. We will be back!

For the price this was hard to beat. The condo has some quality issues, but for the price we paid it was not something to be too upset about. We felt safe 100% of the time, the beach access is amazing, and there was a lot of beach gear in the condo to use. Rocket launches are literally visible from the patio, the pool and showers make going to and from the beach very easy, and downtown Cocoa Beach is an easy 1/2 mile walk away. There are even a few nice restaurants right across the parking lot! Highly recommend Whisk & Grind for breakfast and Oceanside Pizza has a decent pie. Overall we would recommend this condo and would consider staying here again.

Pool was heated which was very nice. Condo was very clean and bed was comfy…very nice place.

Great view of ocean directly in front of this wonderful 1st floor condo. Close to restraunts many restraunts, grocery stores, souvenir shopping and Port Canaveral. Great view from condo patio of the Artemis II launch.

As always, the condo was excellent. We had everything we needed there. I have been coming to this condo for 10 years and it has never disappointed me. The owner, Rex is readily available and very helpful. In close proximity is a ton of places. To the restaurant Whisk and Grind right in front, to the liquor store right across the street. Slow and Low BBQ is walkable and I recommend sitting outside and enjoying the breezes while drinking your margaritas and eating your slow cooked ribs. A good time all around!!

Rex was a great host. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The weather was beautiful, and the walk down to the beach was in “our backyard”. I will be staying here again.

Rex was a great host. Always got back to us promptly. Can’t ask for more. The condo itself was very nice. Updated with some quality furniture and appliances. Great view from the patio. Just a great experience all around.
