This condominium was completed in November 2008 and is ready to accommodate your stay!

This finely appointed, luxury 3-bedroom 3-bath condominium is an ideal mountain vacation getaway located along the Fraser River and one block off of downtown Winter Park. Walk to restaurants, coffee, pubs and more! Enjoy the vaulted great room with fireplace, stunning kitchen, and 3rd floor mountain views - easily with elevator access right out the door.

Surrounded by parks and trees, this upscale downtown location is less than one block to nearby shops, excellent restaurants (McDonalds too!), visitor center, trails, and streams. For skiers and snowboarders, this property is also located near the resort’s winter bus line. Leave your car parked and catch the shuttle 2x/ hour – for free.

Enjoy 'Rendezvous Event Center and Park', Winter Park's recently renovated park, right across the street. An entertainment center that includes a permanent amphitheater, playground, skate park, climbing wall, pavilion and picnic tables, restrooms and more. In the winter, a sledding hill (with free sleds) and several natural gas fire pits! This is the perfect location to enjoy the Winter Park music and beverage festivals.

The Trailhead Lodges community center has a year round outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, work out center, entertainment area and kitchen, and gas grills for BBQ!

Wonderful condo

The location of this condo is perfect as it is right by the park, main road, restaurants and Fraser trail. The owners were really easy to work with and made out for a wonderful stay.

Fun family vaca in WP!

This is a spacious, beautiful, and well provisioned condo in WP with easy access to downtown activities and bus line to the slopes. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had a wonderful time, thank you to our gracious hosts!

Great place!

Thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your condo for 3 nights! We really enjoyed the accommodations and especially the location to the Blues Festival at Rendezvous Park as well as to restaurants. All six of us were very comfortable and very impressed with the quality of the furnishings. We look forward to visiting again!

Winter park stay

Wonderful service by Ted and the condo was in great shape. Wonderful location, walk right to the shuttle to the resort, next to a great park for the kids, close to top restaurants and again the host was incredible. Five stars!

Awesome vacation!

The property is true to online. The check in/out process easy, the kitchen was stocked with dishes/glasses with what you need, there are games and videos to play, the location is right by a bus stop to Winter Park. So much fun!

Great property

The property was very clean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. It was extremely warm in very cold weather. It fit our family of 6 adults perfectly. We hope to rent again sometime.

Family Ski Trip

Excellent 3 bedroom condo with amazing location. 1 block from the main area of town. The Lift picks up Across the street from condo. Additional Shops, 10 restaurants/bars, dispensary, and liqour store are within a 2 block radius. Great for letting the teens wander and experience town on their own. Living and dining areas are vaulted, so the entire condo feels bigger. The ski/board and boot storage area is nice sized. Radient heat in floors help keep your feet nice and warm. Well appointed kitchen with all sorts of tools to use for your cooking. Communication with owners was great and well detailed. Would stay with them again.

Friends annual ski trip

Thank you so much for your beautiful condo. The kitchen well equipped for all our home cooked meals. The 3 bedrooms, 3 baths very comfortable. The living area with the fireplace extremely cozy. The view from the windows and deck breathtaking. Parking very convenient. It was perfect for us old folks and all we did: Skiing 3 perfect days-bus transportation great; cross country skiing at the YMCA Nordic Center; hiking on Blue Sky trail (5 miles) just out of town; pool, hot tub soaking; lots of good food: Hernandos, The Ditch and Randy’s, and Big Trout Brewery. Just a perfect place for anyone. Thanks again, we will be back. Rick and Mary Kay Plomin, Cunninghams and Keifer’s

Cozy and Great Location

Loved this condo. It had everything we needed!! Ski closet, well stocked kitchen, extra towels for the hot tub, space for everyone! And you can't beat the location (great for skiing and for exploring downtown). We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Cozy yet spacious home

What a nice place! It was cozy but plenty big. The property manager was very prompt to return messages! We truly enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect location to ski and for the kids to play at the park next door. About to reserve again for the summer!

great condo!

We stayed in this condo for a long weekend with 2 other couples, and it suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean, had 3 comfy beds, was much bigger than expected, and had every amenity you would need for a nice weekend. The radiant heat was wonderful as well as the balcony. Also, the owners were more than accommodating and extremely pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience

Property is clean and well maintained. The views are nice and it is close to everything in town. My only recommendation is that you might add more instructions for the TVs (we figured it out) and maybe update the general binder.

Great place in a perfect location. Very functional for a family ski trip. Appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with island, fireplace, comfortable furniture. Loved all the hooks by the door and the large front closet - may seem like a small thing, but so helpful with ski paraphernalia.

great place in town of winter park

If you are looking for a condo near downtown winter park, this place fits. It is very nice and updated and within walking distance of many nice places to eat or have a drink. Has an outdoor pool and hot tub steps away in the middle of the parking lot. If able bodied, you can walk your skis about 3 blocks to the main drag to catch a bus or drive in. I believe there is also a bus that comes into the complex but we walked out the street. We really enjoyed staying here.

Great accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely condo in the heart of Winter Park during our 12 night stay over our Christmas vacation. It was within walking distance to town, Hideway park and the lift shuttle. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, loved the heated floors, washer/dryer and the comfy furniture. Plenty of hot water for showers for everyone after a day of skiing. It is more spacious than the pictures look. The hot tub and pool were just a few steps away and enjoyable after a long day at the slopes. This unit is on the 3rd floor which Is accessible by the stairway or an elevator. The unit is also very quiet. The owners were excellent to work with and responded to any questions we had immediately.
