The building is in front of the wonderful pool with showers, chairs and umbrellas ( not available in the off season ). Also the club house, gym, play-ground and tennis courts (with basketball hoops). Plenty of free parking available.
Location, Location, Location! You will be walking distance from 2 Tanger Outlets and restaurants on Route 1. You can walk or bike to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk to enjoy the wonderful beach, area shops and restaurants. Step outside of the community and take a scenic nature walk or bike ride on the Breakwater Junction Trail and spend time at Lewes Beach. Walk to Crystal for a hearty breakfast or walk to Revelation Brewery to try local beer. Don't miss out and create wonderful memories at this perfectly located resort like family oriented community.
