Girls trip success!

We came for a girls trip and this home was perfect! It had everything we needed, was clean, and the host was fantastic! We used the paddle boards everyday, and loved floating out in the water. The house was a great location and felt safe. Would definitely recommend!

Everything you could ever need!!!

We stayed 4 nights and wished we had booked more! Our time at the lake house was so relaxing and fun. We enjoyed having everything we needed right there for us. We spent our days swimming off the dock, floating, kayaking, fishing, and playing games. We also spent a day on the Square and wandered around to all the stores and boutiques and then ate at Stumpy’s. Amy was such a great host and so quick to respond to any questions we had! Thank you for accommodating our family vacation at your lake house!! We cannot wait to come back!

This place is great. Wonder views, great home, nice dock, kayaks and paddleboards,great swimming, and abundant perch fishing from the dock. Be aware that the boat sling is not for use by renters but you can tie up to the dock and need to use the supplied boat bumpers so the waves dont beat up your boat. The kayaks and paddleboards were not advertised and were a great surpize. Game room is great too but has no a/c and gets hot on summer days. Highly recommend this place and we intend to return.

Great view of the lake! Updated house with great space for our family vacation. Set up was perfect for our family in that you had access to the water but the kids can’t wander out right in to the water, so we felt safe with out young kiddos.

We had a girls weekend with 6 of us and very relaxing and peaceful with amazing views and beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Great layout! Would definitely recommend!

Has the most amazing holiday at Amy’s lake house! Truly recommend it to everyone. It’s peaceful and beautiful. Amy was the best host and gave us tips and restaurant suggestions that made our trip!

This home was just lovely. Clean, comfortable, and lots of fun! Any questions I had were promptly addressed so that we made the most of our short stay. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded, which was very peaceful.A good assortment of dishes and necessary items in the kitchen. The appliances were top-tier! The game room made for lots of good times for all ages, including my 2 yr old! The view was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Great find in Granbury!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous (and peaceful!) setting. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the back deck to go do our planned activities. Amy is a great host and so easy to communicate with. She has thought of every detail in her lovely home. Would absolutely recommend!

A Hidden Gem

We had such a wonderful stay at this lake house. It’s truly a special place, very quiet and peaceful, the perfect setting to slow down and unwind. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay (and even more), which made it feel like a home away from home.The host Amy is incredible - so responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring about making sure everything was perfect for us. You can tell Amy put a lot of heart into this place.The house sits on a hill overlooking the lake, and the views are just stunning. The sunsets were absolutely mesmerizing.If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy beautiful scenery, this is it. We would love to come back!

Celebrated my daughter’s #30 Birthday and made it family reunion. Everyone had a great time. There was plenty of room to do things together or enjoy some time to yourself. And that VIEW!!!

Asked host if we could check in early on Friday for our 2 night stay. Amy said "yes, she would love for us to enjoy the place". We arrived at 11am to find a man inside standing by the TV. Scared me to death. Said he was the neighbor fixing the back door so it would lock. We walked through the house and saw trash can and tp rack sitting on Masterbath toilet, cob webs and dead bugs everywhere, tables that hadn't been dusted, dirty freezer bin, and much more. Amy gave the excuse that the maid didn't know we were checking in early and was going to come back to finish up. We left the house, returning several hours lately. The front door was unlocked. Even after a second try,cleaning issues still remained.Kitchen: silverware dirty, silverware tray dirty (we cleaned it), cob webs still on counter with dead bugs, only one partial paper towel roll (no 2nd roll), no dish towels, dinner plates too tall for dishwasher.Master: rug next to bed dirty, no bathmat, shower grout moldy, no hand towels.Living room tv: hand print and splatters in tv.Stair carpet stains all the way upstairs. All beds extremely hard.BBQ was filthy.Noone blew leaves from outside sitting area.This property has potential, but I cannot recommend with the standard of cleaning currently being provided.I still think I should not be charged the 241 cleaning fee, as we left it cleaner than when we got there.We were totally mislead with the photos and 5 rating, and 10 out of 10 reviews.Not out experience!!

From the owner: "Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and the home was still being prepared when you arrived at 11:00 AM. Our housekeeper returned at approximately 11:30 AM to complete the cleaning, which explains why some items, including the bathroom trash can, had been temporarily moved while the floors were being cleaned. A neighbor was also on-site working on the back door lock. Following the completed cleaning, we provided a room-by-room video documenting the home's condition. The property is recently renovated and receives regular pest-control service. As a lakefront home, occasional insects and outdoor debris can occur. We take pride in maintaining the property and providing a comfortable experience for our guests."

Fabulous Family Getaway

The whole family (3 generations) had a fantastic time at this beautiful home! Though nothing can beat the amazing views of the lake from the balcony/deck, each room was stunning! Such high-end finishes and perfectly decorated... we felt spoiled! And the kitchen is well-stocked, with everything you could need (though we ate out for most meals - some good food to be had in Granbury!).Big thank you to Amy, who is the perfect hostess - so responsive and kind! We will certainly return for another visit...

Fabulous Family Get-away

Our family (3 generations) had a fantastic time in Granbury at Luxe Lake Granbury Retreat! The home is absolutely beautiful - clean and very well stocked - we had everything we needed! The views from the balcony were just stunning. That and the beautiful finishes in the home made us feel spoiled... (pictures don't do any of it justice).Amy, our hostess, was amazing - so very welcoming and responsive. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future!Thank you, Amy and Evolve for all the special family memories we made!!

Relaxing Stay

The house more than met expectations. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. The lake views are beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor deck for morning coffee and evening sunsets. I personally appreciated the white noise/sleep machine because that’s how I sleep, but the area was very quiet during our stay. It’s obvious a lot of thought was put into the details of guest comfort.Although we didn’t travel with kids, the garage games are great for grown ups and children. Hope to visit another time.
