The property is located in a great area and close to everything. The village is busy and vibrant but not loud and overcrowded. The staff were polite and helpful and the amenities are excellent. Having secured parking was an added benefit. If I had brought bikes, skis, or kayaks, I would have felt comfortable with them in my truck. The garage also had a bike and ski locker available, If you are planning a trip to mammoth during any season you can’t go wrong booking this property. Our host (Brad) was available and had attentive to any needs. If I go back to mammoth, I will check to see if this property is available.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mammoth condo! Being in the village was a great location and we walked or took the trolley everywhere we wanted to go. The property was clean, quiet, and the owner’s instructions were very helpful. The workers at the condo were also very helpful. The icing on the cake was the steam shower and the massage chair. Both were appreciated after a long day of hiking. We hope that we can return to Mammoth and when we do, we would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Brad’s place. Conveniently located in the middle of the Village, we enjoyed the amenities including the pool/spa and game room as well as the massage chair and steam shower each day. I would definitely recommend for a family trip to Mammoth!

Great Mammoth location

We love staying in the Village at Mammoth and this is the best location, by far, we have ever stayed.

The condo was amazing, perfect location easy to unload. The massage chair is epic and if you like a steam shower you wont find a better spot. I look forward to staying there in the winter

Center of everything! At Mammoth, like many ski resorts, you have a choice of either being slopeside, but needing to drive just about everywhere or renting a place like this one which is in the dead center of the village with a very short walk to the gondola, but shops and restaurants within walking distance. Once you park your car, you literally don’t need to get in it again if you choose.Would definitely stay again!

Our favorite rental of the season! The slopes were so easy to get to and (more importantly) from. Easy walk to the gondola that whips you up to Canyon Lodge! There were plenty of restaurants and the grocery store was a quick drive away. Brad was super communicative and always quick to respond to questions. The condo was well-stocked and thoughtfully decorated and the massage chair was the best bonus! It was simply amazing! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it and Brad to others.

Perfect location and very comfortable stay! My husband loved the massage chair and the steam shower. This was our 4th year in a row going and my family said this was by far their favorite place to stay. The setup with desks in the rooms was perfect as my husband and kids had to work and do school work while we were on vacation. The gym and jacuzzi location was perfect. Will definitely be back!
