Bring the whole family, the family next door, the aunts and uncles... or just enjoy it all to yourself. Guys or Girls trip... you each get your own bed. Bring all your toys and safely store them in the oversize garage. Store your trailers at the back of the property. LOTS OF PARKING. The kitchen will satisfy the most particular gourmet cook. The temperpedic memory foam mattresses will allow a great nights sleep. Lots of room for everyone to stretch out. Enjoy grilling on the BBQ on the back patio. Enjoy the quiet and peaceful location.

Walk to all the restaurants, shops and bars. Only a 7 minute drive to Arches National Park. Walk to Swanny Park where a lot of Moab's events are held. The Colorado River is 5 minutes away.

One of our best rentals ever

This property was new, clean and thoughtfully appointed. It made our stay of two sets of grandparents and the two grandkids easy and memorable. Very conveniently located with walkable access to restaurants and grocery stores.

Beautiful Townhouse in Moab

This is an amazing property in Moab. It is only a block off of the main street and is in walking distance of most of the downtown and restaurants Stay here for your visit to Arches and Canyonland!

Great Stay

Perfect location, amazing space!

We loved the new townhouse near everything downtown in Moab. We rode our bikes to the park, walked to get dinner and enjoyed early morning walks to grab coffee.

Great home in Moab!

This house was beautifully decorated, clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would stay again on our next trip to Moab.

Great Location

Super clean property with lots of space. Property is one block away from a great food truck park and two blocks from all the local restaurants. Really enjoyed the property.

Cute and close

This was a fun place to stay in Moab that was close to downtown, walking trails, and fun for our two families to stay at. We enjoyed the big open living space and the beautiful large windows that let in so much natural light.

Great place to stay

We were there for a golf trip with some buddies. The place accommodated us well with all of the bunkbeds. The convenience of being one block from Main Street was really nice. We could walk most places we needed to. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Girls trip

My Niece and I stayed here for 2 nights. The property looks just like the listing and is in the heart of downtown. We got into town a little early and Deb was very accommodating and let us check in a bit early. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent home and location!

My husband and son-in-law stayed for 2 nights. They said the home was extremely clean, soft towels, sound machines; and was close to town. They will definitely try and stay here the next time they drive down!

Cool condo!

Had a great stay at this condo! So clean, just off the Main Street in walking distance to many restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen, crockpot & griddle! Loved having garage to park our full sized truck. Sound machine in bedroom. Loved all the windows. Excellent communication with host. We will book again I’m sure.

Loved staying here! The place is very nice! Everything was clean, and comfortable! Loved having a garage. You can walk to anywhere in town. I can’t say enough good things about the place! 5+!!!

Perfect Base of Operations for National Parks

Clean, well stocked, and comfortable home. Handled our group of 6 with no issues. Kitchen is well equipped for easy meal preparation. Short walk to downtown restaurants and gift shops. There are plenty of gas stations and grocery stores nearby to purchase provisions. We were happy to have an in-unit washer/dryer as we were traveling with 4 teens. I recommend this property to families traveling in Moab.

MOAB Off-road riding adventure

Our group of 5 off-road motorcycle guys loved this place! Perfect downtown location allowed us to return each day and take a walk to wherever we wanted or needed to go. The garage secured all 5 of our bikes and gave us a great place to stage our gear before and after each ride. New, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend for friends or a family with kids looking for adventure. Kitchen was perfect and we grilled steaks and had an awesome night just hanging out on the patio.

Fantastic Stay!

We loved everything about our stay. The unit was perfect. The garage was very useful and the unit layout was great for hanging out and cooking. The best way I can describe the accommodations was “thoughtful”. They had everything we needed, and more. My very picky husband gave his highest compliment by saying “I would stay here again”. We really enjoyed staying at nightly rentals on our visits and decided we would like to offer a unique option of being right downtown plus having a place to store your jeeps, bikes, and dirt bikes. We love what Moab has to offer and we play in the dirt every chance we get.
