We’re glad those aspects of your stay met your expectations. We do note in our listing that the property sits on a busy street (especially at certain times of day), which is why we provide the side parking area to help minimize any related inconvenience. Regarding the late-night noise from neighbors, we wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have assisted. We are located on a corner, and our only adjacent neighbor lives off the side street and has been there for over 30 years—we have not known them to host late parties. The City of Jacksonville Beach does enforce quiet hours, and we would have been happy to help address the situation at the time. As for the Adirondack chairs, they are stored in the garage to protect them from summer weather, storms, and sun damage. They are lightweight and easy to move into the yard for use around the firepit. We would have gladly guided you on this (or any other questions) had you contacted us during your stay. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Our beach house consistently receives great reviews, including the guests immediately before and after your reservation giving us 5 stars. The home was professionally cleaned and ready by 3:45pm (standard check-in is 4pm). Detailed arrival instructions were sent the evening before. The fenced yard and firepit are regularly maintained, though occasional spiders and webs are common in a beach environment. We’re always happy to assist during stays.
