This property and our experience was the best I have ever had at a VRBO property. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and close to the Mayo Clinic. The beds were very comfortable. The back yard was wonderful for my dogs. The neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was the best stocked of any kitchen I've experienced at a VRBO property. This property was PERFECT! The house was fabulously appointed, very clean and good smelling and near all the good stuff at the beach.The neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant. The backyard retreat was awesome! I would definitely recommend this place and I probably will stay there again.

We had a wonderful vacation. Everything was as described online. It was a very nice neighborhood where we were comfortable walking our dogs. We appreciated the fenced in backyard as well. Heather was quick to respond when we asked a question. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place to stay!

My family and I have been on a few trips and this home has definitely been the most amazing place! Very well kept, cleanliness is on point and not to mention they had EVERYTHING you would need for your stay!! When we return to Florida this will be the home I will look for first!

The house was just as mentioned in the description & photos it literally had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing my family mentioned was no TVs in the bedrooms but other than that we made the house a home. Location was everything!

We weren’t there long but place was clean and well equipped. Location good. Only issue was accessing tv channels /streaming. Maybe add another tv to the master or other rooms

Paradise on Patricia is perfect!

We had a fantastic long weekend at Paradise on Patricia. Heather's house has absolutely everything you might need. It looks great in the listing pics but even better in person! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and in a great location -- just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back!

Paradise on Patricia

We just completed our second stay, 3 months out of a cold winter elsewhere. And again it was everything we could ask for. The property is well maintained, clean and thoughtfully appointed. It has everything you need, just bring your suitcase. The neighbours are great, the beach is a short walk and restaurants and shops just as handy. We leave every time with mixed emotions.

Spring Break 2024

The property was perfect. The location was perfect. We were able to let the teen girls out on their own to hit the beach, plenty of cute little shops to bike to, and the backyard was great to hang out with the girls and our dog. The host provided every amenity you could think of! We will definitely use this property again.

Perfect!

Heather’s property was exactly what we needed for our last minute trip with our 2 young kids. Great location on a auiet street, huge fenced in back yard, everything was so cute and clean and exactly as expected. And we couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was!! She’s thought of everything. Would absolutely recommend!

Good location

Paradise On Patricia has a cottage feel to it. Me and my family was very comfortable staying in the home. The property was clean and mets all our needs. Heather is an excellent host! Paradise on Patricia began with a simple idea: creating a place where friends, families, and beach lovers can slow down and experience the relaxed rhythm of Jacksonville Beach. We’ve always loved the laid-back lifestyle here—the salty ocean air, early morning bike rides to the beach, and evenings spent watching the sky turn colors over the Atlantic.

This home quickly became one of our favorite places to unwind. Some of our best memories here are the simplest ones—grabbing the bikes and riding down to the ocean for sunrise, walking the beach with our dog, or meeting friends for fresh seafood at one of the many local restaurants just minutes away.

When we decided to share Paradise on Patricia with guests, our goal was to create the kind of stay we would want ourselves—comfortable, welcoming, and effortlessly coastal. That’s why we include bikes for exploring the neighborhood and welcome pets so the whole family can enjoy the beach lifestyle together.

Jacksonville Beach is a special place.
