Come and stay at Eagles Rest Lake LBJ on the upper Colorado. Enjoy the beauty the lake has to offer with the large picture windows. Have fun in the water or by the pool. Hang outside on the patio or under the lakeside pavilion and firepit. The sunsets are unforgettable! This is an amazing 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home with additional sleeping for 4 in the built-in bunk beds. The open concept floor plan assures a great view of the lake from inside of the house. Home is furnished with comfort in mind, so you can unwind and leave your cares behind. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities for both kids and adults to relax and have fun. You can fish from the dock, jet ski, go boating and much more! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Amenities also include a washer and dryer in the home. There is a dining area with a table with seating for 8 and 3 bar stools at the island, 2 living area, heated and cooled garage, outside patio, lakeside pavilion and grill. Once you book with us, we will send you our rental agreement for you to sign and a couple of weeks before your stay send you a list of nearby restaurants, local attractions and boat rental accommodations.

Excellent House and Location!

House was perfect for our needs. Beds were excellent, with the bunk beds having outlets for charging your phone overnight. Our POC was readily available for any questions, and made sure our stay was excellent. While unavoidable due to the trees, the pool was heavy with leaves. It was cleaned our final day, but we did not use it. All in all, was an excellent stay that the whole group enjoyed. Will definitely be looking again in the future to bring the family for a weekend lake trip!

Great Weekend

Stayed at the house for a golf weekend. Everything was great! Property Manager was super responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils!

Best vacation

Family lake trip

Property was great for our family. Location and lake access was awesome. Tree over pool prevented the pool from getting much sunlight but otherwise the weekend was great.

Great location

We had a great time. The beds, bathrooms, family area were good. Our grandkids loved the Lilly pad and giant tube. Loved being on a pencil of the lake. It was more quaint. The pool was awesome.

PEACEFUL BEAUTY

The house is just as beautiful as the pictures. The pool is perfect with the giant shade tree...pool is on the west side so the tree is a lifesaver from the Texas summer sun. The garage is really fun with the ping-pong table and arcade games... and the garage has air-conditioning! We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome lakeside retreat

We had a marvelous time at Mike’s place. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the living room a wonderful place to gather. Our family loved playing ping pong, the pool and the paddle boards. There were 14 of us for the eclipse and everyone was comfortable.

Family Weekend

Perfect Place For a Family &Friends

A great time had by all. The house was perfect size for our group. The dock and pavilion area was a hit, with a lot of the time spent fishing, playing, and relaxing in the lake. The pool had nice balance of shade too. Communication and check in was seamless. Directions and info on everything regarding the house was written in detail. Really enjoyed our stay and the overall experience.

Great house & location on lake

The house was beautiful and the location on the lake was great. There wasn't a lot of boat traffic so finding great skiing water was easy. The pool was always shaded for the kids which was a bonus and the ping pong table was a hit.

Beautiful Home!!!

This home had the perfect floor plan for a family of three weekend getaway. Home was clean and stocked with plenty of supplies. Plenty of room inside and outdoors for the kids to enjoy.

Weekend at the lake

Great family vacation!

This house is the perfect family vacation. We have a large family and it never felt congested. The best part was that it is very baby friendly. The back porch had a gate to keep the babies from wandering to the pool and they also had a gate going down to the dock. The house was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was the trees above the pool. They should be trimmed back so more sun could shine on the pool. We all had a great time!

Fabulous lake home

This house is amazing! Beautiful location with plenty of room to accommodate large groups. Our family met here for Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint. Large boat dock for fishing, games and ping pong table were a blast. Kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked . Would love to stay again.

Relaxing and fun

My family had a great at week at the property. They gave us all the information we needed to have the best time, plan our week, and have lots of fun. The house was very clean. The layout is great for bringing grandparents along too. The kids loved ping pong, shuffleboard, and the cool bunk beds. The adults loved the patio and lounging by the pool with a great view. We would rent this property again.

Family fun at the lake!

We had a great stay at Eagle’s Rest! We couldn’t have asked for a better set up for our family trip. There was so much to do. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock, the easy lake access, the water trampoline, playing ping pong, relaxing in the pool, and sitting by the fire at night. Communication with the owners and property manager was great. The details sent before arrival were extremely thorough and helped us know just what to pack. We’d love to stay again!

Incredible Memories Made at this Gem Propery

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is set up to accommodate multiple families with kids of varying ages. The pool is wonderful for the littles because it’s a smaller side and under some shade trees. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was responsive to any questions and we felt very well taken care of! Booking it for next year!!

Amazing!

As our kiddos put it - “the best vacation ever!!!” We have worn ourselves out on the lake trampoline, played Marco Polo in the pool, enjoyed s’mores, and spent hours of fun on the lake. Thank you for providing such an excellent house for our families to enjoy after a long summer filled with canceled vacations due to COVID. We could not have asked for a better spot to spend a long weekend together than at Eagles Rest. We definitely plan to return!
