I'm glad the kitchen had everything you need, we've vacation many of times and only found three or 4 tiny pots and pans, no griddle or insta pot. So I know what it's like to have a minimally stocked kitchen and it is not the best. So we try to do the opposite. Yes, we are actively looking to couch replacements. We noticed the excessive wear and tear on the back cushion for the leather. We were originally looking and it just getting the leather patched since the couches are still comfortable and the frames are still sturdy, but it doesn't look like that's an option for us. Thank you for letting us know about the grill, we will communicate with our outside tech to give it a better look.
