It was enjoyable to stay in this historical building. Everything we needed was provided. It is located in a very walkable area, near the zoo and rose garden.

We had a wonderful time at this hidden gem property in Fremont. Walking distance to the zoo, Green Lake, and shopping/restaurants in both Fremont, Wallingford, and Phinney Ridge. It was quiet, clean, and everything we needed for a quick weekend get-away, but would also be great for longer stays. Also, great communication from the host, who lives on site.

It’s a beautiful space in a lovely location. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants, the Woodland Park Zoo and Green Lake. We were in town for the World Cup and found access to downtown easy via city bus.

Unit was good and clean, easy parking in front of it, at night it can get noisy and loud during the weekends cause young people rent units in the adjacent buildings. the apartment was close to parks and had good public transport to downtown Seattle. We had a couple of issues while there, one with the fridge that stopped working when an extractor for the old stove that we could not turn off was fixed, fridge wasn't fixed, didn't work for 2 days, we had to throw food away cause of it. Landlord was sick so we understood, She answered texts promptly.

Lovely stay in a wonderful older home with lots of room and cool decor. Walk to zoo, easy bus to UW. Great restaurants nearby.

Definitely recommend!

Quiet and clean, close enough to walk to several local restaurants and destinations. Overall a very nice place to stay!

The apartment is spacious and is in a great neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beautiful Rose Garden in Woodlawn Park and to the shops and restaurants in Fremont. Several bus lines run within a few blocks. The owners are friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay.

Great stay

Great rental in a historic home. Clean, comfortable, laundry available in basement, easy check I. And check out. Street parking easily available in front of the house. Would stay again!

Very nice accommodation

The owners were very helpful when I had a problem with the VRBO website. We liked the house, location, decor, etc. We were visiting family in Wallingford. Would stay there again.

A very comfortable combination of spaces. A great place to relax after the bustle of the city.The owner had fun decorating, selection of light fixtures and colors. The interior is a compliment to the integrity of the home’s architectural style.After a recent not so good Virbo experience, the home was a delight.

Comfortable and cozy

Beautiful unit in a nice older home in a terrific neighborhood. Wonderful seating in the living room and kitchen, comfy beds, easy parking. Fun decor and style.
