Hosts were great with responding and friendly to chat with in person. Very comfortable stay with a nice outdoor space to relax. The bus to downtown was a block away along with a nice coffee shop and restaurant. My buddy and I were there for the World Cup and it was perfect.

Doug and Janna were fantastic hosts, after a fiasco with our travel arrangements and a few other unexpected developments we were well accommodated. The space is delightful and all amenities met or exceeded expectations. We will be staying again when we decide to travel to the area again!

Great little place, cozy and comfortable. Hosts were super responsive and it's a great neighborhood to stay with a bunch of restaurants and a small grocery in easy walking distance.

You will be blown away by this hideaway. It’s in a great location close to shops and restaurants and in a charming neighborhood, with excellent security and access. But what makes the place unique is its ingenious engineering, with a loft bed, skylights, adjustable windows and collapsible table that are all hand built. A true gem!

Great stay!

Easy check in and check out, bed was up in a little loft which I quite enjoyed. Quick and friendly greeting by the owner, which I enjoyed. I’d stay again for sure!

Cute cottage, excellent location

This is an awesome location to explore northern Seattle, and also has public transit options to downtown and stadiums. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great 5-day stay. Very convenient to Ballard and Phinney Ridge. Small space, but very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend.

Perfect little cottage

1st time visit to Seattle and this cute little place could not have been more perfect. Great neighborhood with restaurants and bars just a few blocks away. Close to the harbor and easy drive to the downtown area. Doug was a perfect host.

Charming stay in a great neighborhood

Nice place, everything worked, all was pleasant. Steep ladder up to bedroom, would not be good for elderly guests.

Great location near Phinney Ridge Ave Ballard. Just like living in a tiny home. You need to be a little limber to get in and out of the bed tho.

Super cozy spot in a great neighborhood

This was perfect for my needs - a comfortable, cozy spot in a great neighborhood. Close to restaurants and bus lines. Quiet and with access to the back yard (my niece stopped by with her dog who had fun running around). Appreciated the extra touch with snack & beverages. Hosts super nice.

Loads of comfort in a tiny house

For being over 6ft tall, I had no issues living in this space. The couch and mattress were very comfortable, and the bathroom was big enough for 2 of us to get ready at the same time (a bit cramped but understandable). As long as you don't need a lot of room to leave things out, this is the perfect place to come back after a full day exploring Seattle. Street parking was tight but we were able to park within a house or two every night. Last but not least, Doug was very responsive and personable. We would definitely stay here again!

Ballard has good VIBES! We moved here from Queen Anne and loved the neighborhood. Walking to our favorite restaurants and shops is fantastic. Our street is a tight-knit little community that looks out for each other. You'll feel part of the community when you visit our little slice of heaven in the PNW.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We are right at the base of Phinney Ridge and Green Lake. A short walk up the hill, and you're immersed in coffee shops, boutiques, markets, and amazing restaurants. You don't need a car to get around. Bus stops, Lyft, scooters...all readily available. Green Lake is a famous 3-mile loop around a picturesque lake filled with wildlife and locals. You can rent kayaks, go fishing, or simply enjoy the park.

The Ballard Locks and marina are home to the infamous PNW Fleet, including the Deadliest Catch crab boats. You can book whale-watching tours, scenic tours, scenic plane rides and so much more!
