Downtown Holland Loft The "Erie"| 1BR, Walking Distance to Breweries & Dining

This one-bedroom 2nd floor overlooks the main shopping district in award-winning downtown Holland. The fully furnished kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser and a large closet. A sleeper sofa in the living room will allow this unit to accommodate up to four guests. The bathroom features custom tile, a granite countertop and a large soaking tub with shower.

Centrally located in the heart of the 8th Street business district this condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries, Sperry Movie House, and Hope College.

The buildings that house the Lofts date back to the early 1900s. The architectural details and unique construction provide a perfect backdrop for these condos.

* PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A SECOND FLOOR CONDO AND THERE IS NO ELEVATOR

PARKING
Parking is available for one vehicle in the designated lots, and a parking permit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of cleaning and paper products as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance. Let a BVW escape artist help with your reservation today.

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

The communication with the property manager was excellent and the property was exactly how it was listed! This building is soundproof! I was worried it might be loud since we were right on the main shopping street in downtown Holland,but we could not hear anything from below us, or on the street or any of the travelers in the condos beside us! The towels are luxurious and the bed and the pull out couch were comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed! Plenty of beach towels for us and a lot of extra bath and hand towels & washcloths in the bathroom and plenty of towels in the kitchen! Love the history of the building and that they converted this old building to something so useful!! the only items you really need to bring are a box of Kleenex and beach chairs! Highly recommend!!

This condo was very clean with generous storage and a kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. We used it over two nights for our son's graduation and related activities. It was perfectly located for that purpose and adjacent to downtown shopping and restaurants. Note that this sleeps four only if two are sharing the living room sofa bed.
