Guest access
This property is a 2 unit complex with separate entrances and private garages (Similar to a condo with each homes garage separating each unit). Guests will have access to 1 of the 2 units. The only conjoining wall is the sides of the garages to ensure maximum privacy. This property includes a shared driveway and back yard.

Worried about having bad neighbors? Don't be! My family and I are the ones who live in the second unit and promise to be quiet neighbors :)

Pet Owners
Our property features a dog leash stake in the front yard and a fully fenced in back yard so you can let your dog(s) outside.

Other things to note
(1) The back yard is currently being renovated to add a beautiful patio, yard, and firepit. However, the backyard may not be in a usable condition for your stay, given these changes are being made. Pets are able to use the backyard.
(2) There is a rail road approximately 1/2 mile away with a train that comes through 1-3 times a day, resulting in an occasional loud notice from the train horn.
(3) There are stairs on the property
