We really enjoyed the relaxation in the house and patio. We also enjoyed how close we were to many things including the beach

Great location, just a quick bump during check in which was quickly fixed by the property contact. Cute little spot for a weekend away.

Extremely well stocked kitchen. beautiful villa. Great having pool close, but beach was too far to walk w/beach chairs & excreta, had to drive car to back of complex. Also, only 1 key fob to access beach gate, need at least 2.

The home is very spacious and confortable.The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.Our intention was to have a home at short driving distance from the center of Saint Augustine. This home exceeded our expectations.

The house was very nice and had all supplies we needed. Handy laundry in garage. Nice beach access. Kids loved the pool which is just behind the home so you can see and hear them from back screened in porch. Host and property manager quick and responsive and easy to work with. Would chose this property again if we return to St Augustine

Really easy walk to the beach, the beach is lovely and the dunes are so healthy and beautiful. The house is clean, well equipped, just as described on the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and in a very good location. We were in contact with the property manager and the owner and both were very friendly and responsive. We hope to stay here again.

We’ve been to Sea Place several times and this far and away has been the nicest rental. The house was clean, updated, well equipped and the host was responsive and friendly. We’ve stayed in the up front condos in the past and wondered if we’d regret the extra walk, however we found the location perfect and the extra space and amenities made it worth it; the walk to the beach was a quick 5 mins or just out the back to the pool or turtles in the pond. This house was great and I have nothing but good things to say.
