This was our 3rd trip to this property. We Love the location and the small townhome community. It's close to the ocean but far enough it's easy to get in and out of. We had a wonderful trip as always and house is always clean and as described. The community pool is a great time for the kids when the beach is too hot.Thanks for another wonderful trip.

Great GetAway

We had a great time and loved staying here. It was quiet and secluded from all noise of the beach strip. We will stay here again!

3 dead roaches as soon as we walked in. Garage floor was full of sand. The ac worked for 20 minutes and then we had to call host because it quit working. He was very rude and acted like I did something to mess up the ac unit and told me "it was just a garage floor". He also told me he had been there that morning, and there were no bugs on the floor. That I send him pictures The pics of the back yard made it look so much better than what it actually was. It was very very small with a rusty table. I didn't feel like the unit was clean from that point on even tho there were no more issues. I do not typically complain, but this unit did not give me a good feeling at all.

Joan, The pictures of the insects you sent us where on a oak floor. This home has LVP floors, nice try. The AC drain line clogged after your arrival. In 20 minutes a HVAC tech was there to unclog the drain. We do not know how it could have been resolved faster. The garage floor picture you sent had sand on the garage floor which you did not like. We do apologize for sand at the beach. Thank you for leaving the adult diapers in the trash in the home. The beer cans and trash left throughout the home says something too.

Perfect Location!

The townhome was spotless and offered so much space to enjoy. We especially loved the location and the ability to walk to the pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying here again!

We loved our stay. We know the area well and choose this place because of location to Pompano Joes, beach and Winery/coffee. Thank you for being pet friendly! We will be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property is in a great location with a great layout. If traveling with a toddler or any pet unable to climb stairs, I would recommend bringing your own baby gate.

Great July 4th

The house was nice & clean. Beds a bit firm & hard. Area was nice & beach was about an 8min walk. No grill available & the charcoal Grill left was filthy that someone left. If you cook like we do you'll need to use the oven. The back patio is small but nice. We liked the area around it as well. Went on several walks nightly. Pool very nice & close too less than a 2mun walk. We did have a little run in w/ SeaStar Reality. We didn't appreciate Lewis's comment. They have a VERY low rating. Other than that it was good for the week.

Dr. Renee, Thank you for staying with us on your trip to the beach. We did look back at all the correspondence such as e mails, texts and phone logs. There was not one complaint from you during your stay. The only issue during your stay was that you did not read the guest information sheet that had the code to the beach gate. This was the only issue during your stay.

Both trips!

We've stayed at this home twice now and had no problems either time. We love the small community and the pool area that's shared. It's a short walk to the beach and easy to get in and out of even during busy season.

51 Bachelors Button VRBO Miramar Beach FL

Loved having a 2 car garage to keep our vehicles protected. The private, fenced in back yard, was wonderful to enjoy the sun and spend time reading. The front porch was absolutely perfect for meeting and getting to know the neighbors and getting hints about the area. Inside the rooms were good sized, comfortable, and nicely decorated.

Miramar

Nice, clean place. Location was okay. Hadgood some difficulty finding beach gate and are mot familiar with private beaches so wasnt sure where we were allowed on beach. Drove to public beach and that was good.

Stay

Property was great the only complaint was the water pressure was bad, not sure if it was shower head or just the pressure of the water coming. We did however manage to shower.

Winter Getaway

The property was as described on the website. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size. It was great to have the garage use also. We were 1/2 mile to the beach, which was walkable and when you got to the beach there was a regional beach access so there was restrooms and parking at the beach. There were several restaurants and shopping close by. The state parks were great and you were centrally located between 30A and Destin. We were surprised at how congested the traffic was on route 98. We had booked the property through VRBO and was very disappointed that we did not get any points for staying at this property on the One Key Rewards program.

Good house, bad property manager.

The house was clean and looked even nicer than the pictures. It was in a great location close to the beach and central to everything. Nice quiet area and friendly neighbors. Unfortunately Sea Star Vacations property manager (Lewis) was not very good. We had a smoke detector beeping one night and he said he wouldn't send anyone out to fix it until morning so I had to go out and buy a battery and replace it myself so my kids could sleep. Before the trip I asked about beach toys, grill or other amenities at the house I was told there were none when in fact they did have a grill and quite a few pool and beach toys. The beach access code was incorrect and no codes were given for the restrooms at the pool. He was also rude to my wife. There are lots of property management companies out there. I recommend the owners get a new one.

Excellent location. We did get a golf cart which I’d recommend ! Alvin’s lets ya park there if you ask first or just go to public parking. Beach in general was SO crowded and unlike any other year we have gone. But this rental was great and private esp with a garage AND fenced in back area with a sitting area too! Cute !!!! Only bummer is they don’t include beach rental setup BUT you can spend daily in front of Pompano joes for chair umbrella set up for 60 bucks the guy sits there and takes cash only.

2022 Gulf Coast World Series Trip

We came down for baseball and had a blast! The home was welcoming and exactly as it was advertised. The community was quiet but yet conveniently located to the beach, shops and other attractions.

Very nice rental

We really enjoyed our stay. We wished the pool was heated. The house is farther than 1 1/2 blocks as listed but still an easy walk. We would stay in this rental again!

Baby first visit to the ocean

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. My baby is two, first visit to the ocean. As a family it was our first trip to this area. House worked great for all of us. Maybe we didn’t read correctly but thought this was an individual house and had a private pool in back yard. Neither is true. Houses are connected by garages and it’s pool that is shared with everyone on the street. Also please add dead bolt inside front door. While staying one of the HOAs used the door code and walked right in without knocking. This made us feel a little uncomfortable the rest of our stay. Just knowing others had the door combination and could walk in at any time.
