I was happy with the communication from the host and the cleanliness of the property. Plenty of space for my two teens and enough restrooms for no one to have to wait to use one. The walk to the beach was about 250 feet which isn’t far at all. Properties neighbors were friendly. Oh there’s this food spot if you turn left leaving the property about 2 min up the road so so good they start cooking at 8 am and they have the best chicken and pork you can smell it as you drive up they have a rotisserie style grill going and across the street a lady with some of the most refreshing frappes and natural jugo pouch’s with so many flavors must try. She also has empanadas and fried chicken pinchos under the heat lamp for quick stop and go eats. Both spots amazing!!

Sal and Emily were the perfect hosts! Sal reached out to me several times, sending pictures and videos, and even asked me if he could pick anything up for us before our arrival. Even though I didn’t take him up on it, he bought coffee and milk for us to have on our first morning. Truly above and beyond. The villa was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 5. The pool was great, our kids loved swimming in it every day and the beach was great for walking and collecting sea glass! Looking forward to booking with Sal and Emily again in the future!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa in Rincón, Puerto Rico! Our family of 7 spent 7 nights here, and it exceeded every expectation we had.First, the cleanliness was outstanding—the villa was clean upon arrival and very well maintained throughout. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. Safety was also a huge plus; the property and surrounding area felt very secure, which gave us real peace of mind traveling with our whole family.The location is perfect—close to everything you need while still offering a peaceful, private atmosphere. It was quiet throughout our stay, and the neighbors were friendly and respectful, which made the experience even more relaxing.The amenities truly set this place apart. The pool was a highlight for our group, and we made great use of the gym, racquetball court, and tennis courts. There was something for everyone to enjoy, whether we wanted to stay active or just unwind.What really made this stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. They were absolutely fabulous—going above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. From stocking groceries for our arrival to providing excellent dining recommendations, their attention to detail and hospitality were unmatched.We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a clean, safe, well-located, and amenity-filled place to stay in Rincón. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would love to come back!

The host, Salvador was amazing. He made sure to get the basics for the next day since we arrived later. Everything was set for us. There were four of us, my wife and I and both of our kids in their early 20’s. The house was well maintained, with lots of room, and well stocked with toiletries and towels. He provided great restaurant suggestions, beaches to go to etc. He has a back up battery system in the case of power outages. You also have access to the sports area, pool and gym. He was always quick to respond with a text message or call if we had any questions or needed anything. The location is great because the beach is a short walk but you are also close to Aguada and Aguadilla, as well as other beaches further south along the coast. I would highly recommend staying at Salvador Villa!!

Wow Villa Salvador supero por mucho a nuestras pasadas experiencias de alquiler. Fue el lugar perfecto para disfrutar nuestras vacaciones en PR, desde la excelente comunicación hasta la atención a los pequeños detalles que hicieron la gran diferencia. Un lugar acogedor, lleno de paz, tranquilidad con piscina, playa y gimnasio en medio de la naturaleza y el buen gusto. Gracias Salvador y Emily ya queremos volver, fue muy bueno sentirnos en familia y como en casa!

Hi, we’re Salvador and Emily. Salvador is a retired chemical engineer, and together we’ve always loved spending time by the sea, visiting Rincón often in our younger years. In 2012, just before our grandson was born, we found this villa and made it our family retreat — a place for rest, laughter, and time with loved ones.
