This is a pet-friendly property ($200 NR Pet Fee + $300 Refundable Pet Security Deposit apply.) and has off-street parking for 2 cars. Amenities include Central A/C, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Micro, TV & Internet.

Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and send a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Linens are not provided at this property but the option to add a linen package will be provided within your lease.

In addition, a recent change to VRBO policy eliminates the ability to charge the local municipality accommodations tax (currently 3%) that is required. This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

This is a very pet friendly property; however, even other pet owners don't tolerate other pet owners' inconsideration. Your Pet Sec. Dep will go to remedy any issues. Please keep in mind the following:

Guests need to bring covers for furniture & beds as a courtesy for next guest if pets are furniture animals. $200 NR Pet fee, $300 Pet Sec. Dep (refundable w/no extra pet clean up or damages) & Pet addendum required with lease.
