Great 2BR/1BA - 1/2 block to Beach with new fenced in patio!

Fabulous cottage just four houses from the beach! Light and bright with coastal decor. Brand new vinyl flooring throughout , freshly painted, updated furniture. Newly installed paver private patio with seating for four. One queen bed in master and twin bunk beds and a single twin in second bedroom. Renovated bathroom. New central air conditioning.

Washer/dryer/dw/ac/wi-fi. Smart TV with YouTubeTV. Off street parking for one car in shared driveway; street permit provided for another vehicle. Sit on the patio and feel the ocean breeze!

Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only from Memorial Day through Labor Day. No exceptions. PLEASE CHECK THE CALENDAR TO SEE IF YOUR DESIRED DATES ARE AVAILABLE!

This is a free standing cottage situated on a lot with two other similar cottages. Starfish Cottage occupies the front of the lot while the other two cottages occupy the rear lot area. Privacy is maximized for our cottage. There is a doorbell camera that views the driveway and street. This camera does not view the patio or cottage, nor is it monitored.

Walk to everything in town... restaurants, coffee shop at end of street, bars, town park, shopping, entertainment, or take the local open air 'Jolly Trolley' at the end of your street for a three minute ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. The Trolley runs every 20 minutes from 8 am to 1 am daily.

If you need more room or want to bring friends and family ask about the other cottages that share this property. Check-in at 3 pm, Check-out at 10:00 am. Renters provide their own sheets, pillow cases, towels, trash bags and paper products. $400 refundable security deposit required with rental.

We do not rent to students - families and couples should inquire about special early summer rates.

NO SMOKING! This includes tobacco and marijuana!

Perfect Beach House, Clean, Well Equipped

Very close to the beach and Dewey restaurants/shops. This is a great place to stay and would definitely book again.

Absolutely the cutest!

We love love loved the house! It was exactly what we expected and it was the cutest little place. The owner was so accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. Location is PRIME. We will be looking into staying again!

Great stay!

This was my husband and I's second time saying at this rental. We love how close it is to the beach and restaurant strip. We also love that we are able to bring our dog with us. Would recommend to others and will be booking again in the future.

Starfish Cottage - a hidden gem

My stay at Starfish Cottage was everything I could want and more. The cottage was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location is ideal with regard to proximity of the beach, good food and accessibility to surrounding activities, while providing a quiet place to relax and recharge. My interactions with the owner were warm and friendly. My questions and/or concerns were answered promptly. Every aspect of my vacation was a positive experience. I would highly recommend Starfish Cottage.

So Close to the Beach

This is a lovely compact property. Ideal for us since the beach was a stones throw away, and front fenced patio ideal for our small dog. Its is also ideally located to many eateries. Gary very easy to reach as well if there are any questions.

Perfect cottage for a small family and dog

Our family enjoyed our week at Dewey Beach. The cottage is perfect for a family of 4 and a dog. A great spot to go to and from the beach each day. Having a fenced in area allowed us to sit outside with our dog and enjoy the mornings and evenings. We are looking forward to our trip next summer.

Cute, clean dog friendly cottage in great location

Loved being close to the beach! For a place that allows dogs (which is great) it was very clean and well cared for. Communication was good too. If I could ask for anything, it would be better lighting in the bedrooms. I highly recommend this rental for any couple or small family.

Starfish Cottage was just perfect!!!

Starfish Cottage was just perfect!! Very cute! Just the right size and well equipped with things you just might need!!! I really enjoyed the fenced in outdoor patio for morning coffee or night time cocktails! Talk about location, location, location!!! Steps away from the beach, Dewey beer, starboards, etc! We enjoyed riding our bikes to Rehoboth!! We are already planning on our next year’s trip back!!! Gary & Pat were awesome hosts and great to work with!!! ❤️🏖️

Great Place to Stay!

We had a great stay here! We loved the fenced in patio, perfect for our dogs to hang out in and we loved eating our meals outdoors. The cottage was cozy but comfortable for us and our two girls. The walk to the beach was super close which was great for the kids. We loved being able to walk or take the trolley anywhere we wanted to go. This block seemed much quieter than other blocks we have stayed at Dewey. We had no noise interferences and neighbors were all friendly and respectful. Overall a great time and we will definitely want to come back!

Adorable Beach Cottage

Love the location just a few feet from the beach. Easy to park the other renters and us got along very well. But if there was ever an issue the parking pass worked out great. Loved the front, fenced in area. Great for relaxing and watch the people go to and from the beach. Our pup, Max loved it as well. It was his BEST vacation ever ! ....and our as well. We already booked this cottage again for next April.

Lovely family vacation home

Lovely cottage just steps away from the sand. Perfect size for my young family of 4. We were thrilled with how close we were to shops, restaurants, and the fun mini golf on our street. The cottage could have had more throw rugs to catch some of the sand. The washer and dryer were functioning, however they were both old and the dryer took extra long to dry a load. The provided beach umbrellas and beach chairs were greatly appreciated. Overall great location and a perfect little place for 4!

Grateful for the getaway

Adorable storybook cottage with excellent proximity to beach, restaurants, shops. The Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth stops right at the end of the street. Plenty of privacy and shade from established crepe myrtles surrounding the property. I noted the toaster was broken on the first day (not a big deal) and let the owner know. The silverware in the kitchen was sparse, I imagine some has disappeared over years of renting. They could use another set. We improvised with a lot of plastic utensils saved from takeout meals. There’s an outdoor foot rinsing spigot on the far end of the spacious, newly-paved patio out front. It would be an amazing upgrade to convert it to a standup outdoor shower with privacy fence enclosing it and hooks to hang towels - then I would have opted to take all my showers outside instead of the indoor bathroom which is quite small. Overall a darling little place with charming coastal decor. Many thanks for the escape!
