Cozy 2 BR Cottage steps from the Beach. Pet Friendly.

*** From Memorial Day to June 13th, the minimum age to rent is 30. Proof of age will be required***
This cozy duplex cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bath. There is a screened in porch where you can hear the ocean which is only steps away. The cottage is situated in the heart of Dewey, so just park the car and enjoy your stay! In season there is a Jolly Trolley stop close by to take you to Rehoboth Beach as well.

The cottage is pet friendly, for a fee of $100 per stay, and is available to families and responsible adults over 25.
There is no smoking, and linens, towels, and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. This unit rents nightly, minimum of 3 nights in season.

Discount of 5% offered for rentals of 7 or more days.

We are return visitors to Krista’s cottage! Her place is in the perfect location- beach block and close to downtown Dewey! It’s private and set back in a quiet nook. We love that we have everything we need and that it’s super dog friendly! We will certainly be back!

Amazing!

We were thrilled with the location-ideal for walking anywhere, especially the beach! Super clean and just the right size for my two teenage daughters and I. Owner communicated with us quickly. We will be back for sure!!

Great Property - will be back!

The house was great, amazing location by all the great bars and restaurants that Dewey has to offer. Also very close to the beach. Neighbors were all very friendly. Thank you for letting us stay at your house!

Great weekend!

The beach house was clean, updated, and had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend at the beach! Our family of 4 stayed comfortably for 4 nights. We loved the location - so close to the beach and a jolly trolley stop. We hope to go back next summer!

Birthday weekend

My daughter and I had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday weekend at Krista’s beach house. It is so close to the beach and restaurants. The house was very clean and welcoming. The dogs loved watching outside through the screened in porch. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Comfy, classic cottage

Great location, just steps to the beach. Off-street parking is convenient. Cottage was clean and comfortable with old-school charm, but without clutter. Kitchen was clean and updated. Bed in front bedroom was comfy. Porch was nice, too. We enjoyed our stay and plan on a future stay.

This is a cut, cozy beach cottage that has an excellent location near the beach. We were four adults and two dogs, and there was plenty of room for all of us.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay . We also brought our black lab who throughly enjoyed herself as well . We really liked how close we were to the beach and the restaurants. Our favorite part of the home was the screened in porch . It has lights and comfortable patio furniture. We spent lots of time out there .We will definitely return !

Our stay with Krista was absolutely perfect! The place was central to everything and was well appointed with plenty of room! It was immaculately clean—amazingly so with sand! We give it GENUINELY 5 stars!

Dewey in June

We loved everything about this beach house. Updated, yet kept the adorable characteristics that I appreciate in an older cottage. The location could not be better. And very clean. My older borzoi, Sam, was with me. He slept most of the time but I think he really enjoyed seeing the ocean for the 1st time. The other digs on the beach were very well behaved. My daughter also joined me for a couple of days. I definitely would like to return in the future.

Dewey is The! Best

We enjoy are stays in Dewey Beach Delaware. It is a pet friendly town. We are just steps away from the beach. Great places to eat and Woody's is the best. There is a nice little place called the Sunrise Restaurant for breakfast.
