Cozy 2 BR Cottage steps from the Beach. Pet Friendly.

*** From Memorial Day to June 13th, the minimum age to rent is 30. Proof of age will be required***
This cozy duplex cottage has 2 bedrooms, one bath. There is a screened in porch where you can hear the ocean which is only steps away. The cottage is situated in the heart of Dewey, so just park the car and enjoy your stay! In season there is a Jolly Trolley stop close by to take you to Rehoboth Beach as well.

The cottage is pet friendly, for a fee of $100 per stay, and is available to families and responsible adults over 25.
There is no smoking, and linens, towels, and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. This unit rents nightly, minimum of 3 nights in season.

Discount of 5% offered for rentals of 7 or more days.

We are return visitors to Krista’s cottage! Her place is in the perfect location- beach block and close to downtown Dewey! It’s private and set back in a quiet nook. We love that we have everything we need and that it’s super dog friendly! We will certainly be back!

Amazing!

We were thrilled with the location-ideal for walking anywhere, especially the beach! Super clean and just the right size for my two teenage daughters and I. Owner communicated with us quickly. We will be back for sure!!

Pleasant Visit to Dewey

The property is near all things in Dewey. It can be a little loud in the evening because of its closeness to the downtown night life. But the convienance to the beach is well worth it! Plenty of off street parking too!

Couldn’t ask for a better walk to the beach, stores and restaurants! So close to everything. Loved the dog friendly area, beaches. Would definitely go back.

Lovely, cozy cottage by the ocean!

This sweet, small 2 bedroom cottage has all you could want, just a short walk feim the sand and surf! Totally recommend you enjoy Krista's lovely beach getaway.

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Location is fantastic & the beach house was cozy & perfect for us. The best part was being able to have our dogs with us! Highly recommend this spot for an enjoyable stay at Dewey Beach (or as a neighbor called it Doggie Beach!) Thank you!

Dewey in June

We loved everything about this beach house. Updated, yet kept the adorable characteristics that I appreciate in an older cottage. The location could not be better. And very clean. My older borzoi, Sam, was with me. He slept most of the time but I think he really enjoyed seeing the ocean for the 1st time. The other digs on the beach were very well behaved. My daughter also joined me for a couple of days. I definitely would like to return in the future.
