Great location! Very clear info from host and good communication. Space definitely needed a deep clean. Photos felt inaccurate of current space. Overall fit the need for a short weekend stay.

The condo was perfect for a long weekend, super clean and probably the most well stocked of any vrbo we have stayed at. The manager was great with communication and check in was seamless. Location was perfect for us, central to everything and easy outside parking ( free due to the time of the year). Would highly recommend!!

Host could not have been better Place is very clean and in great shape. Great access to beach. Thought there might be some road noise with location, but was very quiet and slept like a baby. If you are looking for a place for just 2-4 people, highly recommend.

Host is very considerate, he’s outstanding. The condo is clean and fully supplied for all wants and needs for a stay in Dewey Beach. It is within walking distance to the ocean, many restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. The mattresses are comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

Nice place great location

Ben the host is more than accommodating! He has everything you need for your stay at the beach! The location to restaurants and the beach is perfect! A great getaway place for the two of us!!

Condo was in a great location, could see both the ocean and the bay. Condo well equipped with all essentials. Clean and cozy. Owner is a great communicator.

Perfect beach getaway

We were very happy with everything about this property! The host was fantastic about communicating. The location was so close to the beach and having the beach umbrella rental was so convenient. We definitely had everything we needed and everything was very clearly labeled so there was no hunting for anything. Would definitely return!

Perfect Girls Weekend

Ben was a great host. Extremely thoughtful, everything we forgot to bring was already there for us! Location was fantastic! We didn’t move our cars the entire trip which was great! Would definitely stay again!

Summer road-trip out East

The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. The condo was conveniently located near restaurants and the beach. The condo was stocked with all the essentials and it was very cozy and clean.

Family Fun

We stayed 3 nights. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. For us the best part was a paid umbrella which normally would have cost us $16 for each day.

Excellent, updated Condo

The owner was a fantastic communicator. We knew what to expect before and during our stay. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. The condo has everything you need for a great stay including a quick walk to the beach. Great vacation, I would recommend and stay again.

Ben was an attentive host. The house had great amenities (toiletries, beach chairs, linens, kitchen items) even umbrella set up on the beach! The house was clean, the outdoor space was perfect too. We will be back next year!

Lovely Rental

We had a wonderful stay, and do we beach. Thank you Ben we loved all of the communication and instructions. The location was perfect. The beach umbrellas in all the beach equipment was wonderful to have a knot luck with us. Overall a wonderful say the top blame me back.

Weekend in Dewey

Our experience with this property was flawless! This is a great location with beach and restaurants and plenty to do right in the heart of Dewey Beach. The condo is nicely appointed and very quiet and peaceful. He location being right by the police station also felt very safe. I highly recommend this property and working with Ben,The owner, was a distinct pleasure! He went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasurable and that we had everything we needed.
