Property is short walk to beach. The property itself is outstanding with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, all rooms well appointed huge dining table, lots of big tv’s, pool with working jacuzzi. Towels and amenities provided. Highly recommend this place to stay for large groups

We really enjoyed the property. Very close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Only issue was with the quality of the mattresses. Both mattresses for the 2 King beds in the 2 bedrooms in the back were worn and sunken in the middle. Ended up with back pain. All mattresses should be replaced. For what the nightly rate is set at, mattresses should be in better shape. Would not stay again unless the mattresses had been replaced.

Even Better Than Expected!

113C E Cora Lee was even better than the listing showed! Spacious, clean, modern, and so comfy!!! It was an incredible stay for our group of 11, we enjoyed every second of our trip. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and the pool and hot tub were perfect for after the beach!!! Can't say enough about this beautiful place!

We've stayed in one of these three houses almost every year for 4 years now. The layout is perfect for our family. Close to the beach. Extremely responsive with minor maintenance issues. It's a great property.

Great space for large group, beautiful, well appointed. Plenty of seating inside and outside, very nice pool and spa. SPI rentals do a great job and promptly respond to any requests. Stay here, you'll be happy with the accommodations.

We had a wonderful family reunion at the rental. Plenty of room for everyone, clean and close to beach. A few things we noted was the ceramic tile outside under balcony (not around pool) was VERY slippery when wet, which it always was with 6 children and 8 adults swimming. We had a couple of children fall and hit their heads. All were fine but something that should be addressed. Also, a few more pots and pans would be helpful for cooking and we never saw trash pickup during our stay and it was piling up. All minor but easy to remedy to make it a perfect stay. Thank you for a lovely home and wonderful memories!

Week at the beach

Great time at a great place for a family get together. Some logistical problems, but good response from staff fixed those issues.

SPI 2021

The house was beautiful and felt like home. The beach was a short walk and the island was in perfect form. We would definitely stay here again.

Top notch!

The whole experience was top notch! The booking process was easy and efficient, and the property itself was perfect for what we needed plus super clean and well appointed. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We had plenty of room, felt like it was cleanly, and spent the majority of our time in the amazing backyard. I loved the renovation! Would highly recommend to anyone and hope to stay here again soon.

Worth every penny!

This place is so beautiful! It has everything that you need. It was spacious and clean. The pool area is very nice. Walking distance to the beach. Great food options near by. Worth every penny!

Great for multi family groups

Excellent location on the north side of the island within walking distance to the beach. The house was beautiful and spacious with a very nice pool space in the back. Great for multi family groups since there are 3 king beds! I'd go back.
