Quiet Retreat with everything you need

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 full bath on corner lot in quiet neighborhood. Our home has a King master suite and two full beds in the 2nd bedroom, pullout couch in the formal living room and two air mattresses if needed. Home provides 55 inch 4K with streaming service and wireless internet throughout the house. Home has private screened pool with beautiful lanai boasting comfy seating and a small grill. Home is convenient to everything as Walmart is 2.8 miles away, Winn Dixie is 1 mile away and Englewood Beach/Manasota Key is about 6 miles away. We love going to the beach every evening when we are there!

Communication was excellent from start to finish. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed and many things we didn't need. If we're in the area again we would love to rent again.

As advertised. The property was very clean as well as the pool. Our host was very attentive and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The A/C worked very well. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back in the near future.

Great Stay

Great area. Felt very safe. Easy access to anything you need from beaches to restaurants n stores. We loved this area. Would definitely visit again. We had an Awesome host Dave made our visit a pleasant one.

This home was so clean and inviting. Everything we needed was provided and more. Instructions were clear. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was a blessing on the warm days. Cozy spaces to make our stay very comfortable. The host was quick with responses to anything we had questions on. It was fabulous!

Quiet getaway close to the beach

The house was beautiful and fully stocked with whatever you may need. The kids loved the pool and Dave was very helpful with any questions or any information needed. We loved it!! Can’t wait to go back!!

From check-in to check-out everything was great! The house and pool area were very clean. Towels/internet/TV/dishes/etc. were all easily accessible. There were some pool toys in the pool area, and bikes/fishing rods/reels and some beach toys in the garage.My kids loved playing in the pool, and the house is close to the beach, restaurants, Walmart, and just about anything else you would want while on vacation.The owner communicated ahead of check-in, provided some info (and minimal instructions) for our stay and to call/message if we needed anything, and then communicated with us the night before check-out for (minimal) instructions/info for check-out. Overall, he was very easy to communicate with.My family and I vacation here almost every year, and will absolutely try to book here again! Will also recommend to friends and other family who visit the area frequently.

Great stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Dave was very hospitable and great at checking in with us to make sure we had all we needed. The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids loved having the pool to play in too. It was very clean and perfect for what we wanted. We did bring our own child-proofing for the doors leading to the pool, since our kids can't swim on their own yet (but they think they can). If that is a concern for you, I recommend bringing your own child proofing items for those doors. Highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again if we ever visit this area in the future!

Dave was an amazing host with excellent communication from start to finish. The house was super clean, the pool was amazing, and it had every amenity you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. I had a fantastic time with my grandkids and truly enjoyed every minute of our trip. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and fun getaway!

This lovely home was in a very quiet residential area yet very accessible to Englewood nightlife and other surrounding areas. The home was clean and spacious for us. Very well supplied with all amenities. The pool area was very quiet and a wonderful retreat. Would love to stay again. Thank you Dave!!

A Very Nice Place for R & R

We had a wonderful time at your place. It was a very quiet neighborhood and that allowed us to have a very relaxing time away. We would definitely stay again if we come back that way.

We always wanted a coastal home so we finally pulled the trigger. After an exhaustive search we found this home to be in a fantastic neighborhood and close to everything! The neighbors are the best and the neighborhood is super quiet and relaxing. Nothing y could possibly need is more that 10 miles from the house.
