Great location just minutes from the beach and not far to venture out and explore the surrounding area. Nice pool to come back to and relax. Perfect place to visit.

This was a great place to stay - so close to the beach and the accommodations were very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the Englewood area!

Townhouse was very nice and clean. Close to beaches. We enjoyed the nice pool..Check-end was easy. We would stay again.

Rental was exactly how it was listed. Easy walk to the beach close to restaurants and stores.Sunsets were amazing! The pool and WiFi were great. Would definitely stay again

mary and i had a very nice stay at this manasota beach townhome...clean comfortable convenient location with a private pool and a short walk or drive to the beach..it went beyond our expectations...jim was a knowledgeble and friendly host..we especially enjoyed the guest guide folder with all the info you needed for the area..would recommend this property ..thank you ..john

Excellent location!

True to description was a nice short walk to the beach. Hosts were fantastic to work with, quick to respond and helpful. Our children thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool and hunting for geckos when not at the beach. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable for stay. Loved every minute, and will be back for future trips.

We had a great time at your property. Thank you. The kitchen was set up ideally. The ice maker didn’t work, but that didn’t slow us down. Water pressure was good throughout the house. The pool isn’t heated, but it was refreshing after a hot day. Sitting quietly in the sunny afternoon, you’ll be entertained by a few iguanas sunning themselves. We would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!

Our family of four had an excellent stay at this condo in mid-March for a long weekend. We came for Braves Spring training games, but also wanted to be close to the beach and the location was perfectly central - under 20 minutes to CoolToday Park and minutes to numerous beaches on Manasota Key. Also about 10 minutes to Target, Walmart, and Publix.The condo was very clean; the kitchen was well stocked; there were plenty of bathroom towels; the decor was tasteful. The pool was fantastic; we especially loved the chairs on the pool shelf. There were some pool floats and beach accessories including a small cooler which was really helpful since we flew. Jim was responsive to any inquiries. He provides a helpful notebook with recommendations on local attractions, beaches (we found 87 shark teeth!), and restaurants (check our Farlow's). Would stay here again!

Amazing amenities. Amazing pool and enclosure. We REALLY enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool. Plenty of supplies for both the home, the pool and the beach! Everything very clean, well maintained, and stocked. Great communication. The only negative was that the owner keeps the AC off between guests. So, we walked into a 93 home, which took over an hour to get down to about 80. After a long day of traveling and arriving at 10pm, that was just less than ideal. Would definitely rent again!
