Wonderful

We enjoyed the house so much. Beautifully decorated and well furnished. The kitchen was amazing and was perfect for all the cooking and eating in we did.

Was a wonderful trip

Great stay and wonderful property. Was so close to the beach! So nice to have beach cart, games/toys under house and in hall closet, wide variety of options in the kitchen. Very impressed with house!

We could not see the ocean from the home. You had to walk to the beach access/boardwalk.

Fantastic place to stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Only " negative " was the pool was down until our last full day there -- which is beyond the hosts control and the golf cart would hold a charge for very long ( 20 minutes max ). Maintenance was very friendly but did all they could do for the cart. They put in a ticket to the golf cart company but no one ever showed. But an excellent experience overall !

Family Getaway

This home was perfect for 6 adults and two children under the age of 3. Location was great and home was exactly what was listed in pictures. Lots of beach toys, chairs and wagon to transport to beach. Golf cart was great to drive around the Harbor. Will be coming back to this community for sure! Great getaway with the family.

Our family of seven stayed there for 6 days. Everything was perfect. The ping pong table was a hit for the adults and the golf cart was a hit for both the children and adults. Everything we needed was right there. The location to the beach was great. We could see the ocean from two of the bedrooms. I highly suggest putting a food order in at Walmart and picking it up the way onto the island. We got to the island and never had to leave. We had everything we needed. Oh and the pickleball courts were a hit too!!!

Great location.

The home is in a great location and exceptionally nice gated community. Fishing, swimming, ping pong, pickle ball and beach walking were enjoyed. The golf cart and free pass to Harbor State Park were very nice additions. There are great restaurants, shopping, and historical spots nearby in Beaufort. There needs to be some improvements in the cleanliness of the house that I have commented on to the management company.

Beautiful house, looked refurbished to me. Very comfortable furniture. We had a couple of issues during the week and they were addressed promptly, with consideration for our littles.

Great! But the birds . . .

Property was great, 5 adults and one child, and we seemed to have enough room for the week to be comfortable. Property had a great porch with nice furniture and it was screened in. It was right next to beach access which was great as well. The pool was fantastic, clean and plenty of room for residents and guests. Our only issue were the loud birds that called the property home. Two nights around 11:45 p.m. they began to chirp and squawk very loudly, keeping us up till about 2 a.m. The other mornings they had us up at 5 a.m., but fortunately they stopped a while later and we fell back asleep. Nothing you can do about it, it's their home too, but it honestly was quite annoying. Other than that the community and home were perfect!!

Absolutely Perfect

We had a great time. The house was perfect. We were close to the pool, close to the beach, and the house had all the amenities to make the stay perfect for a big family with kids. The beach wagon and supplies and golf cart were truly valuable amenities for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again!

By far the best rental we stayed at

Such a sweet clean house with a great location in the neighborhood. It was our first time at harbor island and we were so taken by how pristine the dunes are. The beach is calm, the views of marshes are maxing. Neighborhood is quiet, yet very take care of, there is a neighborhood store and bike rental. The golf cart being included with the rental is an additional perk. House is clean, has such nice energy of a place loved and cared for.

The house is well supplied we needed to bring very little. The location to the beach and pool was great! People are very friendly. We would definitely go back there!

30 Harbor Drive

Easy relaxing process and would rent again. House floor plan was perfect and accommodating for our group. Everything we needed was provided with the property. Highly recommend the "Purple House" to all visitors to Harbor Island!

Great house. Great stay.

This house is amazing! It is more nicely decorated than my own. The kitchen and laundry room are better stocked than any rental I have ever had. Even the beach chairs were nice. The location is perfect - close to the beach access and close to the pool.

Great place for family.

The house was very clean and nice. We stayed here to attend a Marine Corps Graduation and the drive wasn't bad at all. I would definitely recommend this place if your attending to go to a graduate with family at Parris Island. The drive is short and you get a short tour of AL Lthe small cute little towns near by. And the house is amazing so you win all around! My family was so pleased with our stay at this home. There is lots to do with kids and adults. When stayed up the whole time we were there just enjoying the games the house come with. Only thing Just bring some bug spray for when you are outside. Other then that nothing to complain about.

Great stay in May !

The property had more privacy than most...and only a short walk to ocean or pool . The owner has designed a great use of first level space with seating, table tennis, hammock, fridge, and outdoor shower.

PERFECT house for a couple families!!

This house is all one level so I didn’t have to worry about my LO’s going up & down inside stairs. We had three families (7adults & 2 kids ages 2&4). The open concept with two full size couches & large dining table was amazing for gathering together; for some reason not many rentals actually have seating space for all guest to gather together easily but this house did! Plus they had card table & chairs in closet if more spaces was needed. The screened in porch was used often. We didn’t need the pull out couch but If we would have had the other family attend, it would have been easy to include their family here. I like that it was in a gated/guarded community too. We GREATLY appreciate the state park access pass, & beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards to play with on the beach. Beach access is incredible and so close to the house - it was easy to carry items and go back & forth to the beach without being exhausting. The golf cart was used to go to the pool and playground; which the kids loved (watch out for sand spurs though). The closet of games was fun when we had a little down time. It was the perfect birthday party weekend for my son- wonderful memories that will last a life time. Only recommendation: a few more shower towels, maybe a water wash off area outside to get the sand off(maybe we didn’t see it though). We all would stay here again and will highly recommend to others!!!

Wonderful Vacation!

Our vacation on Harbor Island was great! Beautiful home that was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach access is steps away and we enjoyed using the golf cart to explore the island. This home was better than I expected with a ping pong table and hammocks downstairs. The people living on the island are very friendly and the nature is amazing!
