We’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the last several years. We’ve always been very happy with the house, neighborhood and of course Hunting Island State park.

This is a stunning property! The views are absolutely spectacular, sunrises every morning. If you’re a bird lover, the birds love landing on the pier, including a resident kingfisher. Loved it!

This was our 3rd stay in this house and just like previous visits, everything was great. Very spacious, great location and lots of extras Bikes, golf cart, grill etc

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning, the amenities were countless and the property managers were amazing at getting back to us about any and all questions. Look forward to a future trip!

Comfortable house close to the beach - loved it!

Great house with plenty of room for the family. Incredible sunrises, private, and relaxing. Golf cart and bikes made getting around the neighborhood easy and fun!

Spring Break 04/2023

Enjoyed our stay very much; the house was very clean, which is always important to me. The location is great and allows for great views. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed time away from hectic day to day life.

Beautiful and peaceful ocean/marsh stay

This is a lovely property with ideal accommodations. We loved the views of the marsh from the wonderful porches, the jacuzzi, the well equipped kitchen for cooking and the access to golf cart and bicycles for easy beach access. Highly recommend this home! We also appreciate that it is dog friendly :)

Perfect for a large family!

This house met all of our needs and then some, there is plenty of space for all the kids and having access to the yard downstairs was such a benefit! We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and family friendly house.

Harbor Island Stay

We enjoyed our stay on Harbor Island. It's a quaint little community with all the activities for a fun vacation in a private setting. The house was equipped with everything you need for the beach, pool, tennis or just hanging out at the house. We will be back!

Just perfect

We loved are stay! We love Harbor Island and the area. The house had plenty of space for a family of 8 mostly teenagers they all had a space and plenty to keep them occupied

Relaxing Family Vacation

Beautiful home, well appointed with many extras. Location was private and the decks were so nice to spend time on outdoors. Screened in porch was nice for morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of linens, games, movies etc. Loved having the golf cart for zipping around the island. Beach and pool were just minutes away. Love this home!!

Perfect for family of 6

We stayed with our family of 6. It was absolutely perfect, with everything that we needed. Only minor suggestion I would have is adding a blind to the glass door in the master bedroom upstairs. Other than that, we'd definitely stay here again!

Awesome Vacation

Property was just as listed, had the best golf cart we've ever had (it was 6 passenger and had digital screen for music options), we each had our own bedroom and bath. Property manager was great and responded right away to answer a question for us. Just needed televisions in the 2 upstairs bedrooms.

Low Country Delight

Our family of six had a most wonderful time. The home was perfect for our 10 day stay with lots of room to spread out and accommodate 3 generations with many activities to enjoy, which included cooking, games, and just reading and relaxing on the delightful screened in porch overlooking the marsh. We particularly enjoyed numerous excursions riding in the 6 passenger golf cart and walking on the beach. And last, but not least, the comfortable beds and linens which made for a good night sleep after a fun filled day. Thank you!

Great Ocean Marsh location for view and breeze!

We have rented in Harbor Island for several years...first time in Ocean Marsh section.. Thought mosquitos might be a problem .... but not an issue. Porches and fans pleasant along with good breeze at 11 Ocean Marsh site!

This was our 7th summer vacay to Harbor Island and this was our fav place so far. The view was amazing-sunrise view from our balcony was perfect. The golf cart was over the top-loved the built in speaker and that it could hold everyone. When I pack for this trip, I bring EVERYTHING because some units just aren't stocked-but they had everything we needed and then some. The old school video game was a total hit-brought back my ms pac man skiils -) We played games every night-the shelves were packed with so many fun ones! The outdoor activity closet in the carport was so stocked with fun games too, we took ladder ball to the beach and had a blast. We meant to try out pickle ball but ran out of days. I can't say enough about our stay here, our dog Sam was in absolute heaven. Thank you for making your home pet-friendly!! We pray this available next summer!

I have had my share of vacation rentals over the years, and this was the absolute best I have ever experienced! It was literally everything I was looking for -- a place to relax and unwind with my family after a rough few years and a stressful job. I literally spent the week decompressing, while my young adult kids enjoyed visiting the gym, pool and beach using the golf cart provided. Everything in this house was high quality, from the appliances to the pots, pans, dishes and silverware -- and all in great condition! We enjoyed using the turntable (what a throwback!) - and loved (LOVED!) the bookcases full of books of every type, and games we could all enjoy! The screened in porch as absolutely delightful! Due to having a nearly blind pooch who stayed glued to our side, we took the downstairs bedroom and left the upstairs to the kids - which they absolutely loved! This property was secluded (even with neighbors nearby) and quiet! It was truly the best family vacation we have ever had. We were so sad to leave, but so happy to have spent a week together there!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time. The house is lovely but to many palmetto bugs in the house. Also, dead plants in all the outside containers. Such a beautiful home with anything you could possibly need. The bugs were a concern and the dead plants in the beautiful pots should be pulled.

Thank you for your review. I am surprised we never heard from your regarding pests. The house is on a routine pest control and receives interior and exterior sprays regularly. Unfortunately with the heat and rain this time of year bugs are more active. We would have been happy to resend pest control. I am so glad you guys had a great time!

Absolutely perfect

The family and I have been staying at Harbor Island for the past 5 years. Each year we’ve picked different homes within the community and have enjoyed all of the for the most part. This home however was by far the best. Things we loved; the large living room, screened in front porch, the outside shower with hot water and private set up, my daughter loved the bunk beds, tiny arcade system, the solid flooring (no squeaks, helps keeps our little light sleepers from waking up), Large tub with beautiful window view of trees and skies. We all agree that next year we will stay at this home again 🤞🏼

Late October family stay

The location is private; a little farther from the beach than we normally stay but the privacy and golf cart made up for it. The home is well prepared for guests: beach equipment, bikes, golf cart, beach chairs, games ( both board and electronic), telescope and kitchen amenities. The actual kitchen work space was a little tight for more than one or two to work at the same time but the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and pans if you are going to cook as we do. The upstairs is laid out a little funky ( you must go through one of two bedrooms to get to the third floor game room) but it worked for us. Great views from the upstairs balcony. Overall we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home.
