One of the only houses that has a private pool AND is within walking distance to North Beach!!! Walk to town if you choose or never leave the house because you have everything you would need for a luxury vacation!

Decks galore give you plenty of room to enjoy the summer air, the breathtaking sunsets, or boats passing on the river from the back decks.

A large, open kitchen and spacious dining room ensures plentiful room for daily meals, games, and entertaining.

7 bedrooms on the main levels, 5 bathrooms, and 2 sitting areas across 3 spacious levels make this home a perfect getaway for any time of year! A brand new finished basement with a game room and tv area for those rainy days! A quick walk to the beach a block away, a short walk to downtown, a bakery right down the street, a park around the corner, this house has it all!

We do not rent to young adults looking to have a party house. Our house is available to responsible and respectful families who will treat our home like it is their own. Absolutely no events, parties, or outside guests.
