A well appointed studio overlooking the garden with a full kitchen, nice view, BBQ, washer and dryer, wireless and cable. This is the ground level unit in a two unit property. There is a queen size bed and pullout couch. There is a full kitchen, dining area, wireless, outdoor sitting area. Located minutes from the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, Ommegang Brewery, Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball camp Otsego Lake and Otesaga Hotel are 5-10 min by car. Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta are 25 min. away.

June through September the apartment books on a six day rotation in strict coordination with the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament schedule.

Very nice and spacious. Very clean. Not ideal for our location because when I booked back in October I thought we were going to be playing at Dreams but we ended up at ALLSTAR village but in the long run it still fulfilled our needs. Scott was amazing and was a great host. Everything was pretty much provided for. Would highly recommend and would book it again.

Great spot for Cooperstown Dreams Park

Nice cozy place close to the ballparks. Very clean and fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Easy to communicate with host.

Incredibly comfortable and perfect location

I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts are helpful, responsive and kind. The house had everything I needed for the week.

This home was perfect for us to stay in while my son was playing baseball at Dreams Park. Super convenient, nice and clean!

Great stay

The space was perfect for one person or a couple. I was there for my son’s Cooperstown Dreams experience. Was a perfect location, just 8 minutes from the park.

Great stay!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for two people close to dream Park field and many other surrounding places. Scott was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had throughout our entire day and even before I would recommend this to anybody!

We had a great stay here while attending the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The location was perfect and made transportation back and forth to the park very convenient.The property itself was very cozy, clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. We also really enjoyed the surrounding nature—it was scenic and peaceful and added a lot to the experience.When we first arrived, we noticed that the window AC unit was dirty and had an odor. I messaged the owner, and he responded immediately, came right over, and replaced it. He was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive, which we really appreciated.The only downside is that this is the lower level of a two-story duplex, so you can hear people walking around upstairs. At times, we could hear footsteps late at night. It wasn’t enough to take away from our overall experience, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again, especially for another Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. Great location, cozy property, beautiful surroundings, and a very responsive host!

Good week of baseball

This was a perfect spot for 3. Bit of a drive back and forth if you’re team is playing @ ASV vs Dreams Park but room had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful garden feel.

Wonderful Stay

I must have been looking at a different listing when I booked this. This far exceeded my expectations! Super clean with plenty of convenience. Close to Cooperstown DreamsPark and a stones throw to some breweries. We may go to Cooperstown next year and this is where I plan to stay. Highly Recommend.

Good location, close to Cooperstown Dream Park, restaurants/bars and Cooperstown. The queen size bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The host provided everything you may need during the stay, e.g. board games, kitchen/cooking supplies, toiletry, laundry supplies, and etc. Some appliances could have an upgrade. In the downstairs unit, you could hear people walking around upstairs.

The place was perfect for our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. My husband, me, and my son stayed there while our other son stayed in the barracks. It was about 10 minutes drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Very convenient, clean and had everything we needed. It’s a minor complaint, but the only complaint I had was that I had to contact host for check-in procedures and for check out as well. That being said, he responded back to me in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a beautiful location with all the needed accommodations. It is in a lovely wooded area. Very comfortable. It is also rustic and cabin-like. We found it enjoyable. The only downside is you are on the lower level with renters above. We could hear them walking at times but it was really never bothersome.

Despite insulation between floors and carpets etc guests will hear guests walking upstairs unit when it is occupied. I like to let guests fully know what to expect and your review helped me do that. This was a wonderful little place. Place was perfect for three travelers. Very clean and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend for Cooperstown baseball trips!
