76 Baseball Apartment - DOWNTOWN COOPERSTOWN - Convenient location to all that the Village of Cooperstown has to offer. A short walk to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Main Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Walk to town, grab some sandwiches and enjoy them at lakefront park overlooking the crystal clear waters of Otsego Lake. The grocery store is also very convenient, walkable, or just a short drive.



This apartment is part of a large historic Victorian home in the Cooperstown Village, a nod to times of the past with modern updates. Updated in Spring 2021, freshly painted, new appliances, and new furnishings. This cute village apartment is a great way to enjoy Cooperstown NY with convenience and ease.



Located on the first floor with a beautiful private front porch perfect for enjoying the morning sun. Inside this cozy space, there is an efficient kitchen with laundry, as well as a comfortable living room. Beautiful original woodwork, hardwood floors, and large windows showcase craftsmanship from long ago. A true Cooperstown Classic.



Enjoy the large open yard and barbecue grill as you unwind after a long day of exploring the area. There is off-street parking for one car.

Close to downtown, very walkable to the baseball HOF. The apartment is connected to the hosts house so questions and service are easy, but it still feels private.

Great Place in Cooperstown!

I booked 76 Baseball apartment last year in anticipation of my stay for my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park. I was going alone so I knew I wanted somewhere close to town and close to the park, and this was perfect. Upon arrival, everything was clean and ready to go and I was able to speak to both owners throughout the week who continually asked me if I needed anything. The apartment as very clean and no complaints. If you are looking for a small apartment for 1-2 family members, this place is perfect.

Great location.Very comfortable - spent a like time inside the apartment due to the weather . Reason for short visit was to experience baseball town and the Hall of Fame in celebration of our birthdays .

Great location to downtown Cooperstown & Dreams Park

Location, location, location! My daughter and I stayed at this rental while my husband and son stayed at Dreams Park for the week. I loved the location of this rental to the downtown area -- it was so nice to shop and grab food downtown at all the adorable shops and restaurants. Also walking distance to Hall of Fame! The space inside was perfect for the 2 of us and we were still fine when the boys joined us for the final 2 nights. The home has both a pull out bed and a twin bed so it did the trick when the boys checked out of the barracks! It's definitely an older home, so if you're looking for the latest and greatest luxe accommodations, this might not be quite the right spot, but for the space, location, and price, it was a win-win for our week in Cooperstown. I also want to add that if you're coming for Dreams Park, the weather can change quickly. Being only 10 minutes from the park was so nice so we could come back here and get back to the park without any issue. That was such a nice perk!

Fabulous!

We had a good stay here. It was a quaint little town in a Beutiful house. Loved sitting on the porch and relaxing. Close to Cooperstown Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Perfect place for our stay here.

The host and his family were very welcoming and helpful, the property was clean, convenient to the downtown area, the front porch was wonderful, a great place to relax.

Perfect for small baseball loving families

Really cool baseball themed space that is great for smaller families that travel a little light like we do. The location is excellent, being just minutes from everything. If this is available, book it! Also, the pizza place across the street is amazing. Great pizza and huge subs!

76 Baseball Apartment is the perfect location for visiting Cooperstown! It was a very easy, quick walk to restaurants, shopping and the Hall of Fame. Having a dedicated parking space at the apartment was also convenient. The apartment was clean and better than the pictures! The front porch was a great place to spend time, too. We loved our stay at Pete’s place and would highly recommend it to others!!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay

I can’t say enough how good of a value this property was. Whether you’re staying for one night or seven they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. On top of the property itself is the location. Just a short walk to Main St or short drive to all of the local attractions Cooperstown has to offer.

Great place, walking distance from downtown

Cute little place with comfy bed & pullout. Great baseball themes with just about everything you'd need for a trip to the Hall of Fame. Pete was very accommodating, and the location can't be beat! We were able to walk to downtown whenever we wanted.

Perfect location!

Such a cute and quaint apartment with ALL the amenities! My son and I stayed during his brother’s tournament, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner was extremely nice! It’s the perfect location - with an easy walk into town and a quick drive to Dreams Park.

Great Cooperstown Stay!

Stayed six nights in this great Cooperstown baseball apartment in May of 2023. Super nice owners offered anything we might need, but we needed nothing. Nice walk to downtown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Highly recommend!
